    This branch always has an issue! Customer service refers you to the branch for simple things, such as past statements which cannot be requested online after a specific time frame but this branch always states the opposite and never answers the phone... For the past 2 years, I have not once been able to reach anyone by phone at this branch. Simple statements were needed for court purposes. I requested them online and was told I need the branch to directly print them off. I arrive at the branch... No one can see me and then I am told by the front desk banker what customer service stated is not true. The request has to be processed by customer service for any paper statements and that it would not be printed that day. I needed these document today and now I am in a legal situation where I cannot obtain my documents in the stated time... On Top of it all ?! She then tells me they can print them but it will be $5 per page... I mean what story is the truth? I will add now after waiting to see someone regardless of what the front desk told me... I have my statements! Mark was able to easily access and print them off.... No $5 fee per page... Get this man some real help!

    I just wanted to add, thank you to Mark, the branch manager, for stepping up to help with our situation. Bank of America is worthless. This branch is horrible! The teller, Norma, is terrible. She’s rude and either doesn’t know what she’s doing or just doesn’t care. BOA is lazy and will not do anything to go out of their way to help their customers.

    I always have positive experiences here. Today I needed last minute paperwork notarized and again everyone was so helpful. I called and the woman who answered was friendly and helped set me up to be seen. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately and both people with last names also ending in “barger” :) helped me to get everything I needed completed with ease. I’m grateful for all of you, helpful when you’re stressed and find amazing people to help guide you. :)

    Never judge a book by the cover. This had 2 stars but my experience with my services today was 5 stars!!!! Laura and mark are amazing . Best Bank of America location I’ve ever been to!

    The reviews on here had me dreading going to this branch, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The teller at the counter directed me to wait for a manager (correctly, I needed something she couldn't help with). I waited for only a few minutes and the branch manager came out and quickly and professionally helped me complete my transaction. Everyone was helpful and respectful and my transaction went much more smoothly than I'd expected. Thanks BOA Kernersville!

    Excellent customer service. Jessica Tellez was a great representative for the bank. She helped us through our switching from Suntrust, that left us hanging in their merger with BB&T. It was refreshing to have such great customer service. Thank you!

    I have a hard time understanding why you're not allowed to have a person to deposit cash into your account but yet you can have them deposit a money order instead. It makes absolutely ZERO sense! If it's the possibility of fake bills the last time I checked they make counterfeit pens just for that purpose! Plus it's not difficult to hold a bill up to see the strip in it. Plus someone handling that much cash should be able to feel, look, or just generally tell the difference in a counterfeit bill. The deposit was made by money order even after severe arguing about stupid it was. So to top it off they process it like a check. Instead of "the cash deposit" money being accessible the same day now I have to wait for it to clear. This is total bull. If you go inside you're always met with a person who has an expression of hatred or they appear to hate their job. If you call to speak to someone in house good luck you'll call multiple times with zero answer. I joined to take advantage of a decent bonus offer but if I knew I was going to deal with idiots with idiotic policies for banking I wouldn't of bothered. Changing banks pronto. Every bank I've ever had has always allowed someone to deposit cash on my behalf as long as they weren't receiving cash back at the time of the deposit. Do yourself the favor and avoid opening an account with this joke of a bank.
