People lined up in lobby. People behind their desks not looking up almost seeming to avoid customers. If just one person could greet customers. I didn’t feel like waiting an hour to find out there was no notary today (which happened at the other BofA we went to). So we left. Went to my husband’s bank. May be my new bank.

Why open if you can’t help people with cashing checks and deposits? You cannot continue blaming Covid or the CDC. Ownership goes a long way, it’s sad you choose to defer any semblance of ownership in lieu of blaming a two year old pandemic. Do better. Closed my accounts and transferred all my accounts to Capital One. They’re OPEN when it shows they are. Your website showed this business OPEN FRIDAY, it was NOT.

It’s 12:26pm on a Friday, I have a business deposit to take and after not being open until noon today, despite a 9AM start time posted on the door, they’re not accepting cash deposits. I’m now to drive 20 minutes out of my way to perform a task that should take 5 min locally. Awful location. They’re not in the office when they’re suppose to be and are not helpful whatsoever.
We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

Was sitting at the bank 8:40. Bank open at 9:00am Vehicle pulled in park beside me for about 10 minutes and then relocated and parked again. At 9:00 I checked the door Bank still closed. 9:15 other Bank employees arrive to the job. Another customer and I walked in to the bank lobby. Bank manager said there was a change they would not be open till 10:00. My problem is the bank manager was the guy that was parked beside me. He could have told me and the other customer waiting!! Instead he just let us sit there waiting for the bank to open. Rude and inconsiderate. No respect for customers!

Don't bank at BofA!. Long lines waiting to get in to use their "services". Generally poor service is provided. Plus, they are closing branches.

Literally the worst banking experience I have ever had. 45 minutes in line to see a teller. Rude and arrogant employees. Tried to force me to open another Bank of America account to withdraw money.

To begin with, the parking lot is a civil engineering nightmare. Who on earth would put a bank in such a tight spot in a highly populated and busy area? Bank of America. I was caught in a gridlock situation trying to leave. Who, during covid, closes the area locations with easy access and parking and leaves open the nightmare? Bank of America. Then while standing in line and realizing there was no privacy and I was withdrawing a large amount of cash, I wrote instructions for the teller so we wouldn't have to broadcast my business. Didn't work. She chose to ignore those and instead school me on how I could have gone to an ATM because they didn't want me walking around with that much cash. ????? Thanks a lot for the discretion. I would never do business at that bank again.

This Bank Of America branch has to be the worst place on the planet. For the past few years, BOA in general has lost its customer service it once used to have and the value they used to hold for their customers. I'm also starting to notice how BOA sort of frowned upon some minorities. Which is so funny given the country we live and what we all strive for. I went in for a simple request and the teller at the counter basically told me to do everything by myself. Saying "Oh, yeah you're gonna need that and this" and "How long have you even had your account". -Like do I look broke? Do I look like I'm someone that wouldn't have a bank account? 1) Pull up accounts I had my debit card in my hand ready to be helped. 2) Rude and ignorant. I wish I had a chance to remember her name. 3) Branch was empty. Had no customers. And the tellers are just sitting their helpless. MAYBE get people working there that want to work and enjoy their job. Your better off with another bank and using an online app rather than having to deal with people at this place. I personally plan to reach out to BOA corporate customer service about this branches services. It's no wonder you guys have such horrible ratings on Google Maps Review. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If you got rid of the drive up service to be more efficient-it isn’t working! Service there today to make a simple deposit was awful and time consuming! Went inside and several were in line and the lady in the lobby area said she’d do it for me! She was poorly trained and took forever ! Even tho I told her I had trouble hearing she would not raise her voice to speak to me! I was totally frustrated ! So glad you’re not my bank, I was making a deposit for my son.

One bank teller two days in a row… huge wait times. Recommend using a different bank.
