This is an excellent, well-organized, and efficient Bank of America branch. The staff is friendly and sensitive to customer needs. I was visiting from out of town and came in with a complicated financial issue that they were able to help me resolve with ease. Pat, who oversaw the flow of customers, kept everything running beautifully. And Paula, who took care of my paperwork, did a superb job. I highly recommend this BOA branch! Follow up: 02/24/22: A shout-out again to this great branch. Went in today for help with a particular service and the service was top-notch. I love doing business here! The employees are genuinely nice.

Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a banking establishment. There is no line or a sense of urgency when it come to servicing the customer. I was put on a list to see a banking specialist and was skipped multiple times by other customers who were simply walk-ins not even appointments. I would not recommend coming to this bank for your financial needs let alone service.

As a business owner I always prefer to give a review in person and in private to the manager or corporate. But sadly, communication with Bank of America has been impossible. Unless you have an account and use your mobile and online account, and even then, it would be really hard to get a human resource to help you. I tried for almost an hour to get someone at the location on the phone and no answer. Extremely important because a deposit was made to one of our agencies and no deposit slip was given to us and I cannot verify the deposit since it is not my account. That is why I won't take my businesses or recommend Bank of America. Sorry. I love a bank where my banker is at a phone call away.

I’ve been to this Bank of America twice in the last week, and both times was highly disappointed. The first time I was there (Wednesday, Dec. 16th) it was 10:37 when I arrived (I looked back at a text message I sent to someone when I arrived) and the line was pretty long, probably 6-7 people in front of me. There were three tellers there when I walked in, but two of them left their stands after they were done assisting the people in front of them. I watched them go into back rooms, drive through, walk back and forth, etc etc while 1 person was manning the teller line while the line was now about 4 people behind me and the same 6 in front of me. All I needed to do was withdrawal and I left that location at 11:08, meaning I had to wait half an hour to do a withdrawal (it was a substantial withdrawal so the drive through or ATM wasn’t an option). I generally give people the benefit of the doubt but there was no reason a second person and possibly even a third should have been there the entire time to get people in and out. As I finally was doing my banking the teller gave me an appointment for today (December 18th) for 9am for some other things I have to do with my account. Well, I show up for my appointment just now and I’m stopped by the guard telling me that the lobby is closed today, but the drive through is open. The courteous thing to do would be to contact the people who have their appointments with you and let them know so they don’t come all the way there to be turned away. I just moved 5 minutes from this location and I’m already very frustrated in the service. It makes me tempted to close my account and move over to Chase with my husband. So frustrating!

I go consistently to the same bank every week to make deposits for the office I work for. I have had conversations with the teller, they know who I am, I also have my personal account set up with BOA, yet I wait in line at this branch for at least 40 minutes to make the deposits, when I realize that I did not bring my ID for the cash. I told the teller I would give her my info and she could look up my account and link it to the deposit. She refused to do so, I understand the money laundering thing, but really? You see me go in, I am consistently there, I have my account which I can verify and they still would make absolutely no exceptions. When your policy becomes more important than the people you service, then there is a problem.

Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Bank of America seeking help. Waited + waited + waited. Was transferred to a different person 4 times. No one helped. Was told by all 4 people to go online. Boo on BOA!! I' m withdrawing my $$$ from all of my accounts with them.

I am very disappointed the service recently. Drive through was closed for approx a week..lobby crowded indicating indifference to spread of COVID 19. Phone calls to branch concerning this resulted in interaction with reluctant employee who seemed annoyed that I wanted to know when drive through would reopen. In short, the most discourteous, abrasive, and unprofessional bank branch I have ever dealt with.. Total deterioration of service quality when compared to the initial experience when I opened my account(s).

This bank has treated me very poorly during my last two visits. On both visits they used discriminatory tactics to make cashing my paycheck extremely difficult, The manager Rubin, belittled me in front of other customers and completely disregarded my questions and concerns. His idea of rectifying the situation was to be condescending and dismissive. I filled a complaint and received a reference I’d. I hope this situation is handled properly

Waited in a long line for half hour. Wanted to transfer funds from my non-Bank of America account to my gf's account. The teller proceeded to tell me that could not be done. Tried to explain that the branch in PSL did it for me three times without any trouble. Clueless. Here's a tip, when you see an armed guard at any place of business,it's a sure sign that it's f'd up.
