    I’m just adding to my previous review about BOA. I was waiting in line and observing 2 bank tellers and 2 bankers with 1 customer. How this makes any sense is beyond me. Of course I’m the only one in line. If you go down Harlem to the Tinley Park branch. You’ll be treated more like a human being. Palos Heights Bank of America will help you much quicker if you are on the wealthier side. May or may not be true, but it’s the way they make me feel. Best of luck to them trying to raise that 2.3 star review.

    Terrible experience. Came in to cash/deposit bonds. Was told they dont do that, its "against their policy" by the bank manager, with an attitude. It literally states in the BOA FAQs any customer holding a BOA account can cash bonds. Further a new account holder can with a maximum amount alotted. Went to a different BOA location, wonderful experience all around and they did the service requested!

    Awful. I don’t understand what BOA is doing or thinking. I think they are probably trying to make banking 100% mobile/internet based. However, some folks have more to do than just depositing and withdrawing money. So disappointed. No drive through, very limited hours. What happened to the BOA’s in Illinois ?

    Every time I come to this bank there is a skeleton crew that works here. Horrible customer service. Branches like this make me want to go to another bank. Obviously they do not value their customers.

    We will be closing our business account here after 20 years of banking with them. There is only one drive thru lane open. The inside is closed. Pre-covid they closed their drive thru and had one teller working inside. It took 35 minutes to make a cash deposit today. Laughable. Terrible branch!

    Very disappointed. The lobby has been closed since March and still hasn't opened up. They did open the drive up window several months ago, but you can wait up to an hour in line sometimes. Now I find out the drive up is closed on Saturday when they have it listed they are open 9-1. So, on a Friday, we went to the Tinley branch and it was closed. Then went to Orland Park, no drive up and a line out the door for the lobby. My mother is in her 80's, does not do online banking or ATM's. Surely she's not the only one. Come on Bank of America!!! What are you doing to help out your seniors? If you don't get your act together, the consensus in the parking lots of both Palos Heights and Tinley, is that your going to loose alot of good customers. We all understand that we need to make adjustments due to covid 19, but this is rediculous.

    I only went into this branch simply to put money into my company Bank of America business account in Michigan. But Lynn Bester was so friendly, happy, and upbeat, I decided to open a personal account there, as I have a house just two minutes up the road from the bank. Just that I’m going to be working at Ford in Chicago for quite a while, so why not open a bank account here. Just wish other people who deal with the public could be as pleasant to deal with, like Lynn!!

    I went at 9:00am to the drive up when it says they are open. There were two people in there and after a minute, a worker comes up and says "We don't open until 10:00am." Super frustrating since everything online for this location says it opens at 9:00am. Update your hours so your customers know when you actually open!

    I love this branch! The staff is always friendly and professional. Every time I come Cheryl Kasper makes it an awesome experience! She explains everything. She is great with families I wont go to another branch. Thanks Cheryl! God Bless you!
