This might be the single worst bank on the face of the earth. The powers that be at BofA want a local presence but show zero interest in running a business that satisfies it's customer base. Drive thru waits, when you are the ONLY car in the drive thru can take up to 20 minutes, if you get out in 10(again even when there's NO line) it's a small miracle. It's not the employee's fault BofA runs the place so thin that they have the bare minimum amount of tellers(2) to keep the lobby and drive thru running. One person calls out sick and it's a bigger s***show than it usual is. Thruout Covid, they have probably set a record for local banks shutting down for a day, or several days. Again, because they are too cheap to staff the needed amount of tellers. No other bank in the area shuts down so often. Not Rockland, Bristol County Savings bank, Santander or Webster Bank. Worst bank on the planet. I feel bad for the employees, they have to deal with all the grief when it's corporate that's leaving them to hang out to dry.

When I walked in the security guard was rude. He told me if I didn't have an appointment I had to leave. I was with another person who had business there. He is blind so I do all his paperwork. The guard almost physically tried to remove me. I walked out on my own, but I'm removing my money from this bank. Everyone is under stress, he should have a better tone with clients.

Who creates these hours?!?!?! Are you serious right now!!! Whoever is making these decisions should be fired and removed from this company. I’m telling you right now.. BOA you are going to regret going away from being a personable bank... you’re all business and zero customer service. I’ll never open an account with this company. Never.

Slow drive up services. I pulled up with no one else in line to make a simple savings deposit with deposit slip already filled out. Took me about 15 minutes. I had to ring the attendant several times. Very bad experience.

I walked in to a mostly empty bank, two hours before they closed, to ask for a temporary debit card. (You can order the permanent replacement card through the app, so I really just needed a temporary one to access my account). Of the three tellers, one was assisting a customer and I was the only other person waiting. I stood in "line" anyway, and waited to be called....the two free tellers looked up at me, looked at each other, back at me, BACK at each other, and one rolled her eyes towards her coworker and said "I'll be happy to take you here" in the most UNhappy tone of voice I've heard in quite some time. I explained the situation to her and when I said "temporary debit card" she winced and told me "we can't do that for you today, we are appointment based and have no available appointments for that for the rest of the day. You can call the 1-800 number or try for an appointment at another branch....I can call around for you." The closest other branch is 20 minutes away, and in the time it would have taken for the teller to "call around" they could have easily given me the temp card-like I said, there were 3 tellers to 2 customers, and in the office area one person was sitting down with a customer and another was making photo copies. I thought the point of customer service was to....I don't know, service customers? I drove to the other branch and asked them if I needed an appointment to get a temp card since that is what this branch told me....nope, no appointment needed, everyone is able to give replacement cards in the branches. I'm appalled at the lack of service I was given at this branch, and I've tried to call twice to speak to a manager and just let them know what a poor level of service (or lack thereof) I received today and nobody is picking up the phone....I have been a customer of Bank of America since I was old enough for my first checking account in spite of my husband working for a competing bank because I have always been loyal due to the convenience of BofA being located almost everywhere, but since the representative here made zero effort to help me I will be making zero effort to remain a customer. If I could give no stars, I would.

This bank. No good. I went on Monday for Wire Money, they said make appointment only and they set up on Thursday evening and when I here they closed. Why do that! That is Respect customer. I want to put Zero star but I can't . Waste my time!

BoA is the worst! The banking hours are terrible. What do people do who work all day and need banking services? You really are a horrible bank. You closed almost all your ATM's in Attleboro. It takes so long to get someone on the phone!!! Shame on you.

Worst bank I have ever stopped at. Workers have no personality. They all look miserable. Then they want to charge me $8 to cash one of there own checks.

Had to wait for a couple minutes before being greeted which I guess is understandable. Michelle was great, cheerful and very helpful.
