Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Bowman Rd, Little Rock

The Bowman branch is a pathetic excuse for a bank. I unfortunately have to bank with Bank of America at work, and every time I have tried to use this branch there has been issues. Today, I walked in with a simple check deposit. There was only one employee girl in the lobby (nobody at the teller stations) and she attempted to help me on her iPad. She poked around on it for 10 minutes or so and ended up turning me away because she said my account number was actually a credit card number. The number wasn't even 16 digits, it was 12 digits. Meanwhile a male employee walks over and takes the iPad to try it for himself. After a few more minutes, he gave me the same story. I didn't argue, I just asked where the next closest branch was and he directed me to Rodney Parham. When I arrived at the Rodney Parham branch, the teller took the deposit with no problems. Unfortunately, the Bowman branch seems to be employed by people who have bad attitudes about working. When the employee girl passed her iPad to the male employee, she moved on to another customer who had walked in after me. It was a small elderly woman with hearing problems. The employee girl was talking to the elderly woman, but the woman couldn't hear what was being said to her. Instead of showing patience and respect for elders, the girl employee was getting frustrated and being rude and visibly impatient with her. I had to leave quickly before I said something I would regret. Hopefully the elderly woman got what she needed.

Great bank been with them for years. The drive thru ATM is very convenient and since it is open 24hrs you can do all your banking business whenever.

Used the drive in option, worked out great. You can pull up close and use the ATM directly from your car to withdraw and deposit cash or checks. Two ATM’s are currently in operation. It’s safe area, transactions went seamlessly. Whole Foods and Best Buy are close by too. Can highly recommend.

Drive thru line was long but moved swiftly. Two entrances to bank. One teller inside lobby. Bank does not cash western union money transfers.

As bad as it gets… super slow line, shady drive through with about a dozen abandoned cars. Glad we have a new Chase in the area - dipping

The staff at this BofA have always been friendly and assisted me with transactions. Particularly when I experienced identity theft the were very helpful in closing the affected accounts and opening new ones with better security features.

I really like this branch but the last time I went which was 2 weeks ago the drive thru teller was closed due to staff shortage. I like this branch because of the drive thru teller. I hope that this does not continue to be a issue.

Fantastic Bank!!! The service and financial advice I have received thus far has been tremendous! I hate that I waited so long to become a member of this wonderful bank family!!! Impeccable and tremendous customer service all around. From start to finish this a wonderful bank that can truly help you restore and rebuild your financial future.

This bank not only takes FOREVER when making deposits but they’re also very unfriendly, they don’t acknowledge you at all! when I pulled up to the window the lady didn’t even say hello she just opened the door for me to put the change order and deposit slip in. She didn’t tell me her name or have a name tag on, but she’s not the only one that has treated me this way. Just a heads up for anyone trying to make a deposit before your store opens, you better get there a good 45 minutes before your store opens or you won’t make it back in time! So ridiculous!

They were closed because they only had one teller working. And three customer service reps. There were 6 people ahead of me when I arrived, and when I left there were 10. It took over 45 just to get to me. If it hadn't been that I needed to do a corporate deposit , I would have left. Not helpful reply, as I we run a company with multiple entities, that requires their slips. ATM IS NOT AN OPTION.
