MISTY WILLIS BANK OF AMERICA COLLIERVILLE, TENNESSEE BYHALIA ROAD HORRIBLE RACIST CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS MANAGER LENDING SPECIALIST Everyone busy doing nothing. Shoes off coming from the back headed to the restroom with no regard for waiting customers. Nadine (Merrill), Elisha (“in training”), Jaylene, Felecia (mortgage), and Misty. All walk past without acknowledging waiting customers. To avoid productivity/helping additional customers Misty Willis (Relationship Manager Lending Specialist) actually talked her way to her scheduled appointment time to aggressively say, “I only take appointments!” Misty’s customer service skills are Horrible, horrible, inexcusably poor. This branch was closed for an extended period time. It should have NEVER REOPENED. These people don’t want to serve the customers. This branch is what the old south represents “racists!”

I went to the Collierville, TN BoA for help with a security issue on my account and was told there by a representative that she "did not have time" to help me. The rep. (small, dark-haired, woman) was extremely rude and gave one-word answers to my questions and when I asked what steps I should take to get my account un-locked, she said "I don't know what to tell you." I said "well, what do you recommend I do next?" and she said "you can come back tomorrow or go to a different branch." and got up to see me out the door... I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a business like this let alone a major corporation. I got back in my car and called the 1-800 # only to be told they don't know what's going on with my account either... many many phone calls to customer service later and no resolve... I went to the Germantown, TN location the next day and was immediately helped by Ms Rivas who solved the issue for me right there. Thank you to the Germantown branch! I do not recommend going to the Collierville branch for any reason. also: the ATM is NEVER WORKING. 0 STARS

Actual post-experience text to my wife: "Time to move banks!!!! BofA, 10-4, m-f, no drive through, 5th in line out of 11, 3 people walked in and walked out. 1 lady stormed out from the front of the line when they couldnt bring up her acct. My request for a simple withdrawal took 15 seconds. Was there 30 minutes after she messed that much up. Overheard in line where everyone could hear, "This has to be the worst bank in collierville." "Oh, it absolutely is!" Theres a reason they took the clock off the wall. So glad I used my entire lunch break for THAT!"

Had to make an appointment to open a new account - had to wait a week. When my turn finally came, half an hour in, they suddenly required a third form of ID they had not specified up-front (I had my current, local and gold-starred drivers license as well as my passport, checkbook from another bank, paperwork with my address on it etc but they wanted my original social security card). Since I didn’t have it - you guessed it - I had to make another appointment a few days hence. When I showed up for my second appointment the entire branch was “temporarily closed” for at least a week. No notice of my cancelled appointment. I tried to reach my banker, using her business card, but it only went to the branch - which was closed. Not even voicemail. I tried calling the next closest branch, but also couldn’t reach anyone live at all. Sorry BOA, that’s three strikes. Since I have to start over again, I’ve made an appointment at a different bank. We’ll see if that experience is any better.

Never open. Never answer the phone. So many better banking options....

This has to be the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They have a sign on the door showing the hours they will be open but they are closed.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! I have a picture of the line outside of the branch. Not sure how to post it. The branch manager at the Collierville location is awful and rude! When asked to open another teller line, she refused. The line was out the door. Melissa Perez is district manager. Not sure branch manager's name. I will be sending picture of line outside to corporate.
Hi, we value your business and apologize for your experience. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team.^sam

This review is based on a one-time experience, so bear that in mind. I came in at 1030 on a Saturday, only had to wait a few minutes for a teller and had a very pleasant experience with Rob ordering a cashier’s check. I have been dreading this interaction based on these reviews and am happy to say its not always bad here.

Awful customer service, they apparently just make up hours as they go along. Can we open more than one teller line? Bad bad bad... other than this location I have been very happy as a BoA customer.

Second time at this location and not coming back. First time I received racist treatment but that was the individual not the business so I let it go. But Honestly the collierville bank is the slowest service I have experienced at any Bank of America. Those that have offices were clearly available just not willing to assist the two tellers of which one was actually working. when another customer asked if they were able to come help due to the astronomical line, the teller blatantly ignored the man.
