Heather, the bank manager, went over & above the call of duty to help thoroughly explain the HH bond cashing process to me. She completed the forms for me and ran copies for my records. She was very friendly and professional. I'll continue going to this branch since the Beck Rd branch isn't open 1/2 the time.
Hi, Gwen. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^Joseph

One teller. Have to use because of business bank account and it’s just awful. Your bank is a sinking ship and you’re making things worse for your clients. Please get your staffing issues under control. Three separate BofAs in the area are always long lines and 1 teller.

Improved my rating based on my couple of recent transactions. I have been BoA Diamond customer, and overall happy with BoA, but this branch just horrible. I went there after an appointment for a notary and returned back after 30mins without getting anything done as associate was busy. The lady who was overall looking was not polite, she was expecting me to leave as soon as she informed me it ll be late. I came all the way driving 10 ml to return empty handed.

I went to Bank of America (BOA) on 1/15/22 for a notary and Cathy was so kind and informative about other products from BOA. Great experience, highly recommend this location!
Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. ^jan

Bank of America is going out of business due to their inability to understand how to run a company. It is literally 400pm exactly and they already already locked the doors. Still shows 5pm on the door(haha). Drove over from Plymouth location resulting from yet another branch closing their doors. Livonia, Plymouth, and 2 others down river closed yet they only have 1 teller working the windows. Wayne Rd in Westland is. Mad house because it's the only firstbfirst to the NW from all that is now closed. How is it that Chase Bank still has most all branches open still with multiple tellers. I'm pulling all accounts from B of A and telling all my clients to do the same. M-F 10-4pm is a "Part-Time Bank". I don't deal with part-time people.

I will also be pulling my account from Bank of America to Chase. The worst customer service with multiple employees walking around with a long line of customers and sometimes only one teller. They don't deserve to have my money

This is the worst Bank of America in my area. The parking lot has a very poor design and there is always trouble getting in and out. I just waited 20 minutes in line to get a check cashed even though there were only two people in line ahead of me. Not enough tellers!. The greeter in the suit was worthless, as well. He looked embarrassed to approach and speak with those in line When I left, there were 14 customers behind me. Too bad BofA closed the BofA at 6 mile and Newburgh. It was a much better bank with a very accessible parking lot and drive thru ATM. I will be changing my accounts to Chase after January , once I get my direct deposits notified.

It shows the center closes at 4pm.. I reached around 3:54pm but forgot to wear my mask.. Security guy told me to get the mask with in 4mins when I told him its in my car. I returned within 2mins and I was not allowed. He said doors at entrance are locked by bank and not him. When i asked again he said the employees are wraping up and ready to leave work. I started walking back, looked at my phone and noticed it was 3:58pm. I returned and showed him time in my phone and said the bank was supposed to close at 4 and someone noticed that from inside and I was allowed. Even though I was helped at the end, the experience was very humiliating. Poor professionalism and customer service.

Branch Manager whose name I failed to get unfortunately (1st name starts with K) went out of her way to help me with a special circumstance. I also noticed she helped an elderly customer that she notices was unable to stand in line for a teller.

Almost always only one teller working- the lines are ridiculous! I have to come here for work- so glad I don’t have a personal account with this bank. If you are in a hurry…. Don’t bother coming here!
