    Online and written location entry point states that bank is open till 5 pm but it was officially closed at 4 pm. I was there with old lady, hard to walk, tried calling inside staff but some turned and just waved hand, to show that we are close and entry door was locked. This is second instance of worst experience 😞. Had something important but missed it.

    Zero stars if that would be possible. Manager is extremely rude at this location. I simply came to deposit an echeck. The lady looked at me like I am stupid for bringing her a printed check, although I’ve done it before. Manager was even worse in responding. I showed her all directions for the echeck. It clearly says that the bank should call and verify the check and there is a phone number. Manager refused to look at my phone and call the company. Again, I’ve done it before and associate processed the check after verifying it. I’ve showed her all info on my phone again and she just won’t look. She kept saying I brought her a copy of a check. I told her that she’s not even trying to help me out. Manager just kept repeating herself over and over again and just told me to leave. The WORST experience I’ve ever got at a Bank of America. Manager clearly just never seen an echeck and doesn’t know such a thing exist.

    Worst customer service ever!!! I tried calling them on Friday and Saturday. They never pick up the phone at the location. No appointment available on the web. Decided to do a walk-in and 3 of them were free and chatting amongst themsleves. Spoke to one Mr Jose about an overdraft charge on my minor son’s account. I don’t know how the bank account allowed an apple transaction if there was no money in the account (inspite of selecting limit to balance in the account). He said it could be because it was a recurring charge. We confirmed that it was not a recurring charge. Not a trial offer etc. Asked us to call customer service…can you believe it? He could see that my son was upset that he lost his hard earned allowance money but there was no empathy. I told him that he should give feedback to the product team on modifying settings to stop minors from over drawing the account. Same response..call customer service. This was amateur stuff from a customer service perspective. Classic pass the buck. No empathy for the customer. I wonder whether the profit margin value of $35 that they made justifies his long term hate for his bank. I can guarantee that he will not bank with BoFA once he becomes an Adult. Good long term thinking BoFA.

    This place is awful. They just sit there and stare at the screen without an idea how to do their job. Last time at this location. If you have another location near by - do not hesitate to spent time and gas to go there (unless you need an ATM)

    A zero or negative star if it would have existed. The Bank of America's website doesn't work to get the appointment nor does anyone answers the phone call. For that reason the customer had to specially drive to the bank to get the appointment and details. There was no immediate welcome while entering into the lobby. A person on the extreme left side of the entrance called up to offer help. That person was professional and good enough to help set an appointment but could not answer questions to what all documents are needed to open an account and what all benefits it provides to the customers. A relationship manager came and said the appointment even could not be set-up from the branch too because again their system is down. That person was so occupied with other customers that the person did'n't had enough time to answer to the customer's questions professionally.

    There’s no clear waiting area for appointments so you have to just kind of stand in front of the door until someone comes to help you. I had an initial appointment that was fine, but the banker who helped me made a mistake in my files, so I had to come back for a second appointment. I live kind of far away but I come to this area about once a month, so it was annoying having to plan around this appointment to help fix a simple mistake (not signing a sheet of paper) that someone else made.

    I would have given this place a 0 star if that would’ve been an option! Worst place to do banking. Had an appointment at 12, was even earlier to make sure I don’t miss it, they took one person in front of me at 12 saying he was helped before I got there, after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take us in at 12:15 and we had to wait if we wanted to keep our appointment. Never going back and will make sure all my friends don’t go there! If you want to have your time and money valued just go somewhere else and avoid this awful place. Worst customer service ever! Just don’t do appointments if you can’t honor them! Worst bank ever!!!

    Terrible customer service at this location. And in general, BOA is providing fewer and fewer services that most other banks offer. As a business customer, I am extremely disappointed and have decided to reduce my business dealings with BOA.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amelia helped me solve a past banking issue and really efficiently and informatively helped me solve it! I signed up for a checking account with Karl, and he was very helpful and very friendly. Made me feel like I was getting help from a friend. Great bank, great people!

    Worst branch ... never go to this branch for your financial needs. Never expected from a bank of America. Rude behavior from the staff at this location. It doesn't matter, even if you have an appointment, since they just don't care. They act & talk, as though we are at their mercy & that they are doing a huge favor by allowing us to bank with them. Very very sad branch. Had multiple times, not just once.
