    Leaving BOA now as a result of this place. Platinum honors has no meaning. They have no employees and terrible customer service. They sit around doing nothing and waste time for their customers. I believe her name was Avy and she is the worst employee there. As for other issues. I saw a line to the door and none of the employees working. A gentlemen walked in because the atm stole his card, no care or urgency for him. Lastly, a woman with an appointment was told to leave because BOA lost the appt. The greeter at the front door should be fired because of his attitude with several customers.

    After seeing all the reviews, my experience is the same. Thank goodness this isn’t my bank. Only 2 tellers to handle merchant and consumer transactions during lunch hour? Either they need to reorganize their teller lunch rotations or allocate staff during Peak hours. Branch manager needs to figure something out. My Wells Fargo does so no excuses.

    One teller, 9 people ahead of me, teller spends at least 5 minutes before deciding not to cash someone's check and call a manager over. She spends another 5 minutes on next person. So poor planning and poor service. 5 ppl just lined up behind me. It is now 11:30am. Update: 2nd teller came, 4 minutes later first teller leaves.

    I had a check sent to this location, per the teller's advise, to be deposited into my landlord's account. This check was sent to the correct address 2 weeks prior to my inquiring why it had not been deposited into my landlord's account. I tried to call this location every 10 minutes for almost 5 hours on a Wednesday from the hours of 10AM-2PM as I was not able to go into this location physically. Each time I called it rang and rang until I received a machine notification that no one was available to answer my call. I am both appalled that my check that correctly sent was not properly deposited as it has been over 2 weeks, and that this location had no one available to answer my phone calls for the majority of the day. Very discouraging.

    I’ve been with this bank for just about a month and while it’s generally pretty good, there is ALWAYS a line to speak with a teller. I’m seriously considering going back to Chase.
