I have banked with this branch since I was old enough to have an account. Everyone that works in this location is very caring to their customers and make you feel like you have known them for years. The other reviews on this location are disappointing because the people that are working hard here do not have control over the hours, how many people are in the branch, or when it was temporarily closed which have been the complaints in the bad reviews. In my option this is the best bank around and more people should share the positivity this location brings instead of the things the workers have no control over.
Hi Mackenzie. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^tasha

My husband and I recently sold our home in Charleston SC and bought a home in the NC mountains. After an adventurous summer staying in 2 different places while waiting to close on our new home, we needed a BOA to wire funds to the closing attorney. There were complications with the closing and when we met with Amy, we apologized for wasting her time because it was still up in the air if the closing would even take place the next day. She told us to just come back when we heard about closing, she would work us in. We got in our car, within a few minutes got a call the closing was happening, how much and where to wire the money. We drove back to the bank, Amy took care of the wiring quickly and efficiently. She couldn't have been a nicer, more knowledgeable banker. Every one at the bank was super nice and helpful. There's a lot of stress on people willing to work these days. Let's all remember that, try to be patient and kind to all working people! God bless you Amy!
Congratulations on your new home, Miriam! We're happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and choosing Bank of America. ^rosie

Went in yesterday afternoon to deposit a check and line was backed up with only one teller. An employee was standing inside the door asking people as they came in if they had an account there when she should have been behind the counter taking care of customers. They no longer have a drive thru which is a major inconvenience plus they close at 4pm Monday -Thursday. If you work 1st shift til 4pm every day then Friday is the only day you can even go to the bank when they’re open til 6pm. Are they TRYING to send their customers running to a more convenient bank that has NORMAL banking hours with a drive thru window and more than one teller?

Is this bank even going to reopen? It’s been closed for weeks to the point I had to go open an account with Chase in Clemson just to be able to have an open financial institution. I refuse to go into the BOA in Clemson because the staff there are to uppity and rude and could care less if you banked with BOA or went elsewhere. Amy S the bank manager is the ONLY reason I’ve stayed with Bank of America this long.

If I could give this tragedy place a 0 I would. They are the only bank in Seneca that’s lobby is not open. How am I supposed to deposit my rent money if I can’t get a hold of a deposit slip. I have to go all the way to Clemson just to deposit the money. It’s ridiculous and then the drive through isn’t even open. What is the point of being open!!!!!!!!
Hello Shay. We apologize for the inconvenience. My husband, who has NEVER stepped into this bank before walked in and asked a twller if they had any 50cent coins, as our son with Autism has taken a sudden interest in them. The teller was incredilbly rude and informed him that they didnt mind if people came in once in a while but not everyday. We have never been in there before, had never really noticed the bank before today when we were looking for those coins and wont bother doing it again. Good thing we chose Community First Bank who has AMAZING service instead of Bank of America, the customer relations are horrific here.

The bank itself “internal service” is great, but this location specifically is horrible. Never but one drive thru window open at time. Inside you’ll be lucky to get more than one person working the stations. It’s just ridiculous to make a long story short. Must be a budget problem or something. It’s a shame because it’s such an awesome bank.

I love this bank one of the best around. I have been with this bank for over a year now and even though it might have taken some time to get my account going I'm so glad I waited. Other banks ive been with have messed me over taking out money without permission and then telling me that the website is always down but not at bank of America. If I ever have a problem all I have to do is call them and they help me as much as possible though the phone and what they can't help me with though the phone we set up an appointment and get everything solved and worked out no matter what they have to do or how long it takes. I would tell everyone that needs a bank to go with them.

I visited this branch in late October to ask about refinancing a property. I sat down in the waiting area for 5 minutes before the counter lady told me that I had to check in. Okay...so I "checked in", and sat down for another 10 waiting for help. Another elderly customer also sat with me. After a few more minutes, the elderly lady got up to leave, and the fashion plate lady from customer service came over and said they would be with us in a few minutes. So I told the elderly lady to take my place. I have had all the customer service I can stand. I left without ever talking to anyone.

Very bad! I was in the need of having a doc notarize so I called boa for an appointment it was time sensitive anyway we got to the bank and the manager Did not wanted to notarize this document because my husband does not bank with them. We went to bb@t there were nice I don’t bank with them however the community brings the business small things matter. I will consider the move as this is not the first time that boa disappoint me
