    After the fact you inform your customers of information. We went to deposit and cash part of the check the teller said ok no problem. She processed the check, the looked at my husband and asked anything else. He said yes how about the amount I was getting out? She responded with an attitude and said well not till tomorrow. Seriously rude and wasn’t upfront

    Bank of America is useless. The only thing they do is hold your money. They won't even cash a check for an account holder, unless you already have the amount of the check in your account They won't notorize anything hand drawn up, it has to be a specially drawn document with a special place for notary on it. Totally useless as a bank. They should change their name to Money Holders.

    Have an appointment at ten was ten mins early have been waiting over 25 mins and the woman said someone will be with me ten mins ago very unprofessional and obviously don't care about there appointment times

    Went in there for a power of attorney , lady at the counter wanted to help me... but the lady at the back seemed like she needed an act of congress to stamp a paper that would have took 5 mins. They got to arguing because the lady in the back had 30 mins before her next appointment but acted like I just totally messed her whole day up. Very unprofessional .... she ended up seeing me but it was very awkward and I didnt feel valued as a customer.

    I have been a customer for years and have had very good support from the manager and support staff. As far as tellers, I did not find them to be especially friendly, and there are often only two tellers along with long lines. Perhaps that is part of the big picture as to why this branch receives such bad reviews. Today I actually reached Summer by phone, what a pleasant person! This is a big step in the right direction. BOA Aberdeen needed the extra help, especially a friendly, caring person like Summer.

    Website says they're open till 1 on Saturday. Drive all the way there and they're closed. They don't keep their website updated!!! Also the ATM at the drive through is hit or miss regarding whether it will dispense OR even if it functions properly!! Very annoying. They should just close this branch altogether - I'd rather change banks anyway.

    Went into this bank for the first time to withdraw funds from my unemployment card because im unfortunately furloughed due to covid-19. The teller that i spoke with was so rude and just seemed bored with being there. She asked if i would be taking my funds and putting them in another account and when i made the mistake of telling her yes, she handed me a packet of papers ad said that i can set up a mobile transfer so i wouldnt have to come in to the bank. I worked for a bank for two years and i know that sometimes with mobile transfers from one bank to another the one bank with send a physical check to the other creating delay in find availability and sometimes fees can be applied as well. When i asked her about both things sh stated, "im not too sure, youre just gonna have to read that paper carefully." lmao soooo unprofessional!!! Im not saying she should be fired, but somethings got to give.

    Teller was rude after i waited a 1/2 hr in line. I asked if she would waive the $8 fee to cash my check. She said she couldn't. Also, said I could go to my own bank! You never tell a customer that they can go elsewhere. Totally rude and unprofessional and she should be fired!! I was there on Mon 4/22 brown hair lady in the middle. I will never go to this bank AGAIN! I will take my business elsewhere.

    Went to this bank with a bank of america check and the manager told me she would cash my check this one time but not to ever come there again.. The issue was my check wouldn't scan but she put the numbers in manually and could see clearly that the check was valid. This was the worst bank experience ever and for a bank manager that claims that she has been a manager for 30 years she was very inconsiderate and rude. It seems to me that she was on a power trip. It should be against the law to deny people access to their money when the check is valid. As a warning I wouldn't trust my money in this bank unless they find a better system and take some customer relations classes!!
