    Sometimes I can't understand the new screen format! I'm 61 years of age and I became used to the old format, now I have to adjust again and when people are lined up behind you, the patience required to move faster gets frustrating! The same thing happened this morning as I attempted to do some of my online banking! It took longer because I just became accustomed to the old format on my screen a few months ago and now it's something new!!!

    Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. The tellers all take their lunch at almost the same time so during the lunch rush you will wait forever. Then they didn't allow me to withdraw money from my bank account becasue the supervisor was on her lunch break. Extremely frustrating. Wasted 40 minutes of my day for no reason. Going to cancel my bank account and go to Chase

    I have never been in a bank so long in my life like I just don’t understand they had one teller and the line was to the door smh

    They always cash my checks a couple days early for me and I go to the same lady everytime with the brown hair on the 9th. I come in today and she said she couldn't cash my check because I need to wait for the day of. I've been cashing my checks here for a year on the 9th every month and now today I couldn't even recieve my money. Not consistent customer service . Won't be returning.

Checks are not able to be accepted prior to the date printed on the check and may be returned unpaid by the maker's bank if they're accepted early. This may cause the account to be charged back for the amount of the check and additional fees. We recommend working with the maker of the check for getting access to funds sooner. ^matt

    Very disappointed with the customer service at this Bank. The teller is a bully and she likes to tell people or let the people standing in line know what your exact business is. I don't think it's anybody's business whether I'm depositing whether I'm withdrawing or whatever I'm paying she doesn't need to State it in a voice everyone can hear. This lady had dark black hair between ear and shoulder length and between 40 and 50 years old Beware of the Teller she likes to put your business on the street.

    ATMs are always full or won't accept your cash. Couldn't deposit all of my cash, so a $35 overdraft fee was applied to my account. Waited on hold for about an hour and a half with customer service before I was finally connected to a rep and was told that there was nothing that could be done about it. This bank is a joke. You're better off going to a credit union where you aren't charged $12/mo to keep an account open with them.

    This is how a corporation ruins a local branch office. They are so worried about feedback and getting your email that they forget about customer service. The people in the branch are good hard working people for the most part but this branch like many BOA are ALWAYS short staffed, so if you need to talk to a banker expect a long wait. And just one teller on duty? Really. This is why I dislike going to this bank.

    This bank is horrible. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Beware! I tried using their ATM and before I could even type in my pin it took my card. Called the bank and they said there is nothing they could do?! Had to cancel my card and pay 5$ to priority ship a new card from my home bank Chase. Chase is a far better experience.

    I had a problem with my mother's account which i oversees. I called over the phone which was told to me to visit a branch and speak to the manager. I brought all the documents. When I got there the branch manager Cleo faxed over information. Told me everything should be taking care of and my mothers account will be fixed. A few months later nothing happened when I spoke to the corporate representative over the phone I made them stay on until I entered the branch office. The same manager Cleo acted like she didnt tell me to contact corporate, ask to speak to a manager she sided with them and completely lied. This was in Novemeber 2018. Cleo shame on you. You're a fraud!
