    If I could give less than a full star I would. We are trying to close out a deceased love one's bank account and according to the website we can call a financial center and make an appointment. A representative at this location just told us we have to go through Estate Services which we have been trying to contact by phone for 2 months after sending them an email per the instructions on the website with the required information and not hearing back from them. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    Read the other reviews, DO NOT BANK here!!!! Staff is rude and disrespectful & unable to perform simple task. We have TWOOO Business accounts through this bank we will be closing based solely off the staff at this location. The bank has my Name on the business account the debt card LITTERALLY has my name on it, and it matches my ID the teller still refused to give me the funds needed for a purchase saying I am not on the account. She was told to check the social security number and she said "yours is not on there" she was never once given my social security number she has NO idea if it is on there because she is too lazy or incompetent to do the job. They put my business's in a bad position today on a purchase. Go any where but here!

    Service is abysmal. The only reason this location gets one star is one Black female employee who is always helpful. Any other time, wait forever without being acknowledged while you visibly see available employees sitting. Very disappointed!

    Ate 10 business checks. First time visiting this location. Tested one check, no issues. Tried 10 checks out of a stack that needed to be deposited: nothing except a big fat error. Called and was told I need to file a claim. Why did the machine not spit the checks back out if there was a problem? And now I have to know the exact amount of each check, who it was from, to file my claim properly. I will never trust a bank of America ATM again. In case you're curious, it's atm number IINH6564

    Map is a little outdated and street view as well. but the bank is there! It is extremely high tech, at least it is to me. Great location, easy to find. Automated and overall feeling of very safe banking. Recommend to any BofA customer.

    I am a longtime BoA customer. I disputed a fraudulent charge by Pep Boys. I didn't realize Pep Boys had installed a cheaper battery until I applied for a rebate. BoA closed the dispute and sided with pep Boys because they had a signed receipt, despite the fact that I was cheated.
