This location is a complete waste of time! It has for the most part been closed since the start of the pandemic 2 years ago. Whereas I completely understand the bank was closed during the pandemic, the vast majority of businesses and certainly essential businesses such as banks have returned to normal and are fully operational. For at least that past 9 months whenever I go to this branch (which is my local branch) 90% of the time there is a sign on the door that reads 'Temporarily closed'. On the odd occasion when I am able to go into that bank and I ask why they are closed most of the time, the answer I get is that they have 'staffing shortages/challenges'. It is just unacceptable that they cannot plan ahead and staff this location appropriately, and it is furthermore very frustrating to drive to the branch only to find out that it is closed and then you have to drive to a different branch. Seriously, the management need to get their act together - close the branch completely or staff it appropriately and serve your customers! I don't know of any other bank branch that operates this poorly. There is a Chase bank branch about 50-feet away from this one and they are always open (and were open right throughout the pandemic). After hoping that this situation at the Bank of America branch would improve for some time now, I will be moving my business to Chase who seem to be a lot more reliable. Update following response from bank below: ==================================== I am unable to decipher or comprehend the response from the bank. Probably generated by a bot and not at all helpful...... To be clear you need to consider staffing the branch adequately or close the branch completely. It is not helpful to customers when you are open one day and then without any warning are closed the next day because you did not have enough staff to open, then you are open again two days later....... I am furthermore quite well aware of other Bank of America branches, but this particular branch is closest to my house and is where I have been banking for 25 years (since it opened). As long as there is a Bank of America sign on the wall, people will try and use it only to be frustrated when it is closed. You are doing the entire company and your customers a disservice by running such a poor operation.

Went in with a friend today to be added to her safe deposit box for access. First off, the bureaucracy for doing this is absurd. Secondly, the wait times were absurd. 1 teller working. Felt sorry for that poor sap. 10 people and more in line to talk with a human being. Very angry people abounded. Multiple branches are temporarily or permanently closed. Of course more people are going to go to any specific branch for in-erpson banking needs. Move the workers who should be working at the closed branches to the ones remaining open. Makes me not regret moving to online banking.
We appreciate your feedback. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. Everyone, keep in mind that most people who have positive experiences don't bother to leave reviews. However, when someone has a bad experience, that's when they feel frustrated and angry and want to vent in a review. I went in and was helped quickly and treated politely by the staff. Everything was great, I have no complaints.
Hi, Ivan. Thank you for choosing Bank of America for your financial needs. We’re glad to hear the process went smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to let us know. ^alma

The racism that I just experienced here was unrealistic! Mr Hee treated me as if I was some type of criminal I came in today to cash my check that was sent to me by my college and he pretty much interrogated me about the school asking me all kinds of questions about what the school specifies in etc. I explained to him that the school is only in Florida and that I was an online student at Full Sail University. I was pulled to the side and wasn’t properly explained what exactly was going on whenever I proceeded to ask questions he told me that it wasn’t any of my business even though he had my identification and my check in his hand. I will never in my life go to this location again I feel completely humiliated!!!!!!!

Don’t count on getting in and out quickly no matter what time of day you go. There are never enough tellers, extremely long wait.

staff is not helpful. I needed to get cash and I wanted to request newer bills. Called in advance and I was told that they can't do it. No one was willing to go through their cash to get me newer bills.
