I've been going to this bank branch in Framingham for 15 years. Overall, very good. The staff, especially Antonio and Maria, know me by name and are always kind and helpful. The tellers are also nice. Alan is a great guy. However, I have to remove one star for a few reasons. First, the often insane lines which are totally unpredictable. Sometimes nobody is there and other times you're waiting outside in the freezng cold due to covid occupancy restrictions. Second, there are two entrances and one recently was blocked off, so it makes parking and walking around the building annoying and unsafe due to the drive thru ATM. And third, scheduling an appointment to see someone for non-routine matters is often inconvenient since they can be booked out for weeks. I should finish on a positive note and mention that the staff, including several tellers, is multilingual (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).

Incredibly long wait, only one teller and she has been with the same customer for 20 minutes. There are 5 people in line and nobody has even tried to help us. Managers walk back and forth pretending they have other things to do while he line just gets longer and longer. Unacceptable

Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive-thru or financial center ATM, most of them are out of service AND not just this location. They say ATM out of service and try mobile app (yeah sure only if my iPhone could spit some cash, I would have always) My advice is to locate about half a dozen as they are everywhere only to charge you fees all the time and surely there’s 1 when you check out the current activity and so try your luck, 1 junk sheet metal is probably not rusted out.

Bank of America has changed a lot in past few years in a very negative way no matter what you need to do there or on line if you know how to use internet stuff like that …if you go in nobody wants to help you which is there job they act like your nothing it’s all a joke

I just needed a notary for one signature on one piece of paper. Couldn’t get an appointment scheduled online they said that you had to come in to make your appointment. Went into this branch and waited for almost 10 minutes for the manager to come to his station and then he told me that I couldn’t make an appointment to see the notary through his branch because the notary was at a different branch. I don’t know why I keep an account at Bank of America but I do like their logo.

Bad business, if you are not an account holder you have to buy a money order in another store to make deposits to third parties.

I had one of the managers lie to get me out of his office on a matter that was important to me. I bank with Bank of America but I wish I didn’t. Make better choices if you are able...
