    Before visiting this location I saw the awful reviews and had 0 expectations of even decent customer service. I was greeted by Rob who was directing customer flow to the right locations. I had 2 needs. He sent me to the teller for the first and said to come see him at his concierge desk after for the second. The teller was polite, helpful, and fast. I then went over to see Rob for my second inquiry. He went above and beyond to solve and answer my questions. He was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency I received on my visit. They must have taken some feedback and made improvements. I could not be happier or more impressed with the service at this location. Thank you!

    There is a little blond at the bank that’s just rude and very stuck up- she’s worked there for a while. I don’t think she believes that people of color should have any money- every time you go to deposit a check she says with an attitude- well it won’t be available yet you’ll have to wait. I didn’t ask you for anything. I asked you to deposit my check-! She won’t stop talking to the man standing next to her to save her life- if you don’t t like your job then find another one because there are many people that will come in there with a smiling face. Plus you’re not even cute so stop it

    I recently had the most upsetting experience at bank of america. I was advised that i was not approved for a mortgage loan 2 days before the closing date, no alternatives or good counseling was given to me regarding the matter, my time was wasted for 45 days. No one should be lead on this long. I allways gave documents that were expected of me in a timely matter. I hope this doesnt happen to someone else

    Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. I have never called this location and actually gotten ahold of a representative not ONCE. Emailed my loan officer at this location and have not heard anything back. So very frustrating. Take your money elsewhere.

    There is no customer service at this branch. I was told they will not answer the phone for customer service. My mom lost her debit card and it took over two hours to get it canceled. I am closing her accounts and moving them to another bank. Instead of helping, all I heard was what they cannot do. All they want to do is sell you things. I am switching my mom to Bank of Blue Valley where they believe in customer service.

    Absolutely the worst experience of my life I will be closing my account on Monday people are rude they charge for checking and I'm not going to deal with it anymore. They are close to me that's the only reason I use them but I'm ready to drive another 5 MI just to not put up with their ignorance and uncaring for those affected by covid. All their advertisements say they help the veterans I'm a veteran from desert Storm they have had no consideration for me and ignore me I talked to customer service and they told me they're sorry they're nothing they can do. Do not use any Bank of America bank they are trying to pay for their fancy building in Charlotte I've been there many times. Go away Bank of America!

    I can’t call and talk to anyone, no one picks up and I called another location and they say they are busy as well and I can make an appointment just to ask one question.. TERRIBLE..

    I came into the bank with my husband to submit documents to change the last name on a joint account. When we arrived, we were ignored by the folks at the front door. Brandon was very loudly airing grievances he has with working at BoA. It was extremely unprofessional, and we had to initiate the interaction. When we approached, I stated what we wanted to do, and he became very confrontational and agitated. Perhaps he's dissatisfied with the company he works for. It seems that he doesn't enjoy telling folks to leave the branch and "just go home and mail the form yourselves" I am extremely dissatisfied with this interaction, and will be looking into banking with a competitor once I have the details of my mortgage ironed out and can close my account.

    There is a serious attitude problem with their employees. I walked in close to closing time and received dirty looks from their little associate named Alex. And once I reach yhe little man's window he was conveniently out of what I was asking for. This is a terrible bank with worthless employees.

    Have been sitting here for more than an hour and forty five minutes trying to get a two clicks on the computer question answered. We were told we were waiting for a banker because the teller is not authorized to help us. Okay no problem, until I see two bankers leave for the day without a word. Starting to feel like we're going to be asked to leave without any help as the branch will have been closed for an hour now. I'm so pleased I don't conduct business here, I love my bank even more after this experience.
