The have remodeled and only a single teller for 20 people in line. The worst customer service ever. Every customer takes about 3-4 minutes. Their other branches nearby are closed on a weekday around noon time. No reason written why they are closed. The ones that are open are predominantly for executive offices. I guess they don’t want customers. Their mantra is to do everything online and they discourage personal visits to the bank. What if someone wants to withdraw money more than what you can get through the ATM machines. The top executives have no idea what they are doing at the customer service level. Look at any Bank of America review ratings. Most of them are around a pathetic 2

Take too long to reach cashier. Less resource for help , and less branch open in the Saturday. Bank of America quality of service went down and still ask me to give them high mark. Sad 😥

They are very understaffed. I just had to ask one of the tellers what the problem was. She proceeded to tell me it was because they were going to phase out tellers and only use ATM and the business reps. This was over a year ago! I dont know what the truth is but I don’t understand how they can continue to operate like that and feel good about it. Thank goodness I rarely have to go into the bank and can do mostly everything online. If that changes, I will change my bank.

Every time I walk into this bank, there is a line. I have only seen a couple of tellers working and two or more employees behind the teller just hanging out. It strikes me as odd that these employees don't help alleviate the line by helping the tellers. On the positive, tellers are friendly.

Bank of America has partnered with EDD to provide the debit cards for unemployment. After calling for two days into customer service to no avail I decided to walk into the branch to get help. At this branch they inform me that they cannot help with the EDD card and that I have to call the number on the back of the card, which I've been calling for the past two days, hours on hold, with no one ever answering. Terrible customer service, this branch is unhelpful. P.S. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER, I REPEAT EVER, USE THE HAND SANITIZER. IT IS THE MOST HORRID SMELLING SUBSTANCE.

    Response from the owner

I have banked there for YEARS....because I have to. Not because I want to. The personel are the slowest, most inobservant employees I have ever experienced in any business. Managers and assistant managers standing in the lobby area asking people in line if they can help them when all they have to do is go be a teller. 12-18 people in line and 2 tellers. Yeah , they can help. Go be a teller during the busy time of the day and stop socializing.

The manager Melanie Perez was absolutely rude, disrespectful, and had the worst customer service ever. She got upset during a bank charge dispute, as soon as I mentioned her having horrible customer service she angrily cut me off and said we were done and started to walk away. Just closed our account and filed a complaint with corporate. Thanks Melanie, keep up the great work!

Truly awful experience at this branch. I closed all my accounts back in February, but the associate failed to cancel my credit card, so 2 months later a fraudulent charge went through. Since all my accounts were closed, I did not hear about this until an email on June 14th. When I went in to try and resolve the issue, the associate Rocio said that they could not pull up my CC information because the account was closed, then immediately asked if I wanted to make a payment against the charge I just told her was fraudulent (apparently, they can't see accounts they lied about canceling, but they can certainly take your money for them). She then proceeded to give me the wrong 800-number, so I had to google the actual CC customer service number. Thankfully, Amelia in Fraud Prevention was amazing and got the card permanently closed and filed a fraud claim. Basically, if you have any issues, use the customer service lines instead of going here, and if you have to physically go to a location avoid this one like the plague.

I bank here as a Merchant for the company I work for. If it were up to me I would close the account and bank elsewhere. 98% of the time I come to deposit money the merchant line is closed with one or two yellow wet floor signs. I am a property manager so most of my banking needs revolve around the first of the month when rent is due. This is especially busy time for the bank too however, why should that be my problem? Why close a Merchant window when merchants are oftentimes closing their business to make a deposit and missing calls and customers waiting in line. This bank needs more tellers to accommodate the volume of people. Seeing new accounts reps sitting at empty desks while I stand in line forever is not helping. I hate this bank. Hate it with a passion. Employees are friendly but the lack of adequate staff makes banking with Bank of America suck most of all. Glad I personally bank at a credit union. I would never bank here. Ever!

I have to come in here a few times a month and there is always a line, there's new black guy that's afraid to do anything and is so slow that's its faster to leave and go to another branch then wait for him to finish a transaction. I agree the managers just walk around and talk to one another, once in a while they will walk wast to act like they are really busy, if they see you watching them they glare at you, worst customer service I have ever experienced.
