An ok location for banking only due to the convience of the location however they do not have the number of employees needed to be able to service those who bank here. Their business hours are short and the /ATM service is a pain.

I know this location is closed a lot and closes early which sucks but I know they're understaffed and that isn't the tellers fault. I'm only rating the tellers five stars. Honestly always been great when I've gone in fot something. Do they need more staff? Yes!! Do they need hours past 4pm? Yes!!!! This is the only location anywhere near us still open do please staff this better.
Hello. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^susan

They require to make appointments for unnecessary things. I have a court order and stamp seal by a judge documentation to finish up estate account proving I am the legal representative. They wanted to make book a appointment for a 2 min review of a document when I need to withdraw money requested by estate lawyer. Drive through looks to be still closed and they’re closed on Saturdays. I went to this bank with my legal documents TWICE and they had zero issues taking my estate checks but when I needed to WITHDRAW they were making go through loopholes for less than 5 min review of my legal documents stating who I am. (I literally have two legal docs and it would take them less than 5 min review) BUT NOPE you gotta have appointment! They literally do everything to make it difficult for the customer to get things done. The reviews are obviously true and they have a reputation throughout the town for poor service.

Sometime during COVID they changed the bank hours slightly, now they're are closed on Saturday mornings. Because of my work schedule that was always the best day for me to go bank right after payday but now I have to wait until Monday. Thats basically my biggest inconvenience with this location but who's fault is that? The employees and bank tellers have always been very helpful and nice. However lately I've had to wait maybe 10 minutes each visit but once again that's because they're busy so whose fault is that? I've definitely had more issues with other banks
Hi Ian. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. This location closed the drive thru and doesn’t have an on site notary anymore. I’ve been banking here for over 14 years, I’m about to switch since they no longer meet my needs. I like to use cash from extra income and they always encourage me to use the ATM for this but not what I want to do, like I’m being an inconvenience. Every year, they take away a service.

This establishment has zero customer service experience they close at 4:00pm daily when every one gets off except Fridays they stay till 5 and think and hr for everyone to get to the bank is acceptable I’ve never seen a bank not be able to provide money services until I opened a account here. Highly don’t recommend if your in the festus area

I went in to open an account, I actually had an amazing person helping me. She was beyond nice and caring. Absolutely helpful. She understood exactly what I was wanting and told me the path I should take. I've never had such a good experience at a bank and I absolutely loved it. She definitely made my day 10× easier and better!

If you are physically challenged go to a different Bank. When I complained the drive through put barriers up for me to do my banking. I was told to use the ATM. Only two handicapped parking spots in front of bank. I asked if more could be put in. No, plenty in the back. Great if you’re mobile. Waiting in long lines to bank. One or two tellers, and a waste of a greeter. Trying to stand and wait when you need to bank and you’re physically challenged. Not happening.

Their "system" is down again. On a Friday. One star because the employee telling everyone waiting in line they should try back IN A FEW HOURS was brave.

This bank seems to discriminate against younger people. My son who is 17 went in to cash a check from his grandpa for his birthday and they told him that he would have to wait an hour to verify his information. How is this possible considering that we live in the age of technology and right now information. He had 2 forms of ID and the check is made out to him. They have always had horrible customer service but never refused to cash a check that was drawn off their bank. After being told this was policy, my son asked to see the policy and they told him that they did not need to show him. This seems to be out of line for a kid trying to get his birthday gift from his grandpa. Very disappointing.
