The amount of SNOBBERY I was just subjected to is disturbing. I don’t deal with personal checks on a daily basis and to be honest I can’t even remember the last time I handled one. But this woman with whom I had to interact with was just outright rude with no self preservation. Even when I explained to her I wasn’t knowledgeable about how personal checks are handled.. definitely check your staffs etiquette when it comes to interactions with customers.

Good service if you plan to go there and know what you want to get done. This is Covid times ... you have to plan. Let's say you don't plan, then you have to deal with the fact that they may or may not be able to help. How straight forward is that? Clear. Crystal clear.

Their hours (as of 10/2021) are completely unsustainable to service a customers banking needs. I’m sitting on weeks of cash deposits I have to make because they’re almost never open. And there’s not another branch in the entire town. Stinks to be a BoA customer right now.

I've been living in Fort Mill for over 20 years and it never surprises me how awful this branch of Bank of America is. I used to bank with them but left several years ago because the customer service was just Hawful (horrible and awful)! Now as a non-customer, it's even worse. I have been there to cash a check drawn on a Bank of America account several times, and each time, was treated like a criminal. They come up with every excuse in the world as to why they can't cash the check. I've been able to leave and go to another Bank of America branch and have had no issues. They need to either completely revamp this Branch, or close the thing down! Ridiculous!

Went to deposit checks. First Visit - I had to return since the check was issued to me & my wife and teller mentioned both need to be physically present. ID proof alone would not suffice. Second visit on same day - Office working hours are until 4:00. Reached at 3:59 as per my phone . It was already closed and was advised to come the next day. Third Visit on the following day - Teller asked us to meet the banker as they need to call the Insurance company to validate the checks. The banker was initially free ( not working with any customer) but did not attend us. After 5-7 minutes , the banker came out and picked up a customer who came after us but has an appointment due after 10 minutes. After waiting one hour and still not being attended, we checked with the banker on how long it may take. The banker replied that they do not know when they can attend since they are still working with the other customer and were put on hold on a phone call indefinitely. We left after waiting & wasting 1 hour 10 minutes + What's baffling 1. Entire Bank Office has only one banker 2. They cannot attend other customers (multitask) when they are blocked by one customer

First off, I waited in line for about 5 minutes and two tellers were at the counter. One of the tellers was with a customer. The second teller (Caroline) refused to wait on me. She looked up and continued to be doing other things instead of taking care of a customer. Another customer was filling out forms while I was waiting, so that means she wasn't ready to go, so I was next. Nope, (Caroline) continued to ignore me and when the lady was finally through Caroline waited on her and that was rude of the teller and I have to say I took it as a racist moment. Second, I was trying to cash two checks of $10 each, a total of $20 for a fundraiser event that was donated for a QUADRIPLEGIC PATIENT. Bank of America with their policy refuse to cash two checks for $10 and I've been a customer with them since 2007 (11 years). We are not talking about two checks over $50, only $20 total. Today is the last day of the event for the fundraiser and Bank of America in Fort Mill, SC refuses charity. So if this branch refuses charity for a quadriplegic patient, that means Bank of America in general is heartless. Do not go to this branch for anything, a loan, fundraiser, sponsorships, nothing. Heartless and probably racist as a whole. Look at your tellers! God sees all Bank of America on who does good. FYI.

If Barbara isn’t here at the bank to take care of you then you should leave. Making deposits today took over 1 hour from the drive through and longer if I went inside. Come on Bank of American get some qualified people and at least a second person from 9-2. You have way to many people in charge doing nothing and no one needs a greeter at the bank 🏦. We need service!

ATM works. Haven't had a teller issue like every single other customer seems to. I've gotten good help with stolen cards and potential identity theft here. I can't say I've had a problem coming here.

I wish that I had the option to give this location 0 stars. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I attempted to cash a check written on their bank, and because I did not have an account with them, they treated me like a criminal. You dont have to worry about me ever going back to this location or ever being a customer of this bank. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one!

Beware when applying for a mortgage at this branch! My parents went here to apply for a loan on a house. Ryan Lingren lied to them about the rate of the loan leaving out information about having to buy down the rate. He also charged them $600 for an appraisal and then refused to have the amendments completed leaving them out of the $600 and without the appraisal. Definitely taking advantage of older customers!
