    Tried calling multiple times to inform them that I'm trying to make a couple large transactions over 2 grand each. No one picked up a single time to put me on hold or anything. The transactions I'm trying to make are important. I've been banking with them for years and the poor customer service is unacceptable. I work long hours so coming in after work is not an option. I would come in on the weekends but oh wait they're not open on weekends. Really frustrating. Basically trying to pay two things off but can't because these bozos can't pick up the phone to do a one time authorization so that I can make these transactions without putting a hold on my account. Also tried calling the auburn boa and same thing. These people need more training or if they are literally so busy they can't answer the phone, they should hire more help.

    Literally just left this place after depositing a check inside the lobby. My family has been an account holder since 2008- asked Hispanic female if I could use the restroom, and she told me ‘no’. Why would you deny facilities to an account holder? She clearly saw the deposit receipt in my hand. Poor customer service.

    Miserable rude employees that did not even greet me or say hello when I walked in. No smiles. Just miserable faces. Girl that “helped” me was arrogant, condescending and obnoxious. Closing my account and heading over to chase!!

    What a miserable place. The assistant manager Christina was rude. Calling two people from behind me in line after I waited for 15 minutes. Both white people doing the same transaction as me a black man stood there for an extra 10 minutes all to have the assistant manager tell me I couldn't cash a check with the bank I have been banking with for 12 years. Then this woman Christina tried to change her voice to sound more black I guess. What a degrading and disrespectful woman. Unreal

    Has to be one of the worst branches there is, as awful as Bank of America already is. Complete joke of a service.

    The teller that was supposed to help me (Laura) had a very short attitude towards me. I informed her I lost my debit card and needed to deposit cash into my account she offered no help or solutions in canceling my card or even how to issue a temporary card. I don't go into the bank often but when I do I expect good or even nice helpful tellers that like their jobs and wanna be there....

    Nov. 2017 - This continues to be a wonderfully managed and staffed branch. I took my son in to open his first checking acct. Anton helped us and you just couldn't ask for better service; top notch. Thorough, respectful, well organized and efficient. We were out the door in well under a half hour. Thank you BofA for running such a terrific branch. (Previous review text )A big thank you to Doug Spaulding for helping my daughter set up her first checking account/ATM card. He took all the time needed to walk us through the options, got her enrolled for on-line banking as well. While BofA on a corporate level is total rubbish the branches really do have good, caring staff who do a great job; this branch is a good one. I've personally been with BofA for 20+ years.

    Came into your branch 1 day after Inslee mandated face coverings inside spaces and buildings and was shocked to see that not a single employee was wearing a face mask. I thought it was strange that every customer was wearing one but not the employees. I won’t be coming back. Your employees should be wearing face coverings. Shame on you.

    The hours for this location on Saturday are only from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This doesn't give enough time for someone to personally deposit a check with a personal banker or talk to any banking stuff. I saw five people outside waiting to deposit checks only to be turned away due to the fact that their hours are on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The hours need to be extended on weekends. This isn't how you should treat customers. I really despise and hate this location.

    This bank is very sketchy at times , I had a business account and started to deposit all my checks there until one day I deposit $6,607 and the cashier put all my checks in the little machine , they gave me my receipt saying I had $6,607 the next day I was missing $1,261 and went back to go see what happened and they said they lost my checks or I filled out the wrong info but it was the cashier that filled out the check paper work I have the paper saying I deposit $6,600 and I went to go show it to them and they said that I only deposited $5,346 that day and it's been over a month and they still don't want to do anything about it, i felt like it was a good bank at first but I did not expect them to loose my money and if they did I didn't expect them to not do anything about it, I do not recommend this bank
