The rudest customer service! There is always a long line and for any simple task that is usually done within few minutes in any bank you should make an appointment in this branch!!! I have never had such a horrible experience with any bank!

Putting a hold on checks for 10 days that already cleared the issuing bank is not right in my book. Been on the phone for over an hour trying to get a check released so I can conduct business. Cash flow is important for small business and when they hold checks for 10 days so they can play with your money, it's not right. Iv'e been a loyal customer for 40 years and I get treated like this? Time to find a new bank for my personal and business accounts. They're going down hill when it comes to customer service.

We waited an hour to open up an account for my wife. Signed in and sat waiting for them to call our names. A guy with his daughter walked in after us, didn't sign in and just sat next to us. After about 20 minutes, a woman came by and asked the guy and his daughter to follow her. I first thought they had an appointment, went and asked a teller what's going on, she told us no they didn't have an appointment, sorry we made a mistake. We waited another 40 minutes, nobody called us, we ended up going to Chase down the street and opened an account for her. Aweful service, it's a shame they don't care who 'registered' to be called first. Time is valuable to some of us if it's not to them!

Worst bank in the whole world! I made a deposit with a valid USPS money order and they are holding it for 10days. Scandalous. You have really put me in a bind and they say there is nothing they can do. Worthless people at a worthless company.

Avoid this branch at all cost. Horrible service and even rude. When I show up to open an account, a teller/host (teller's name was Jose) sits me down in a couch and comes back after 15 mins to tell me to make an appointment, then don't even hold my appointment slot when I show up (teller's name was Andy). NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Whoever says it's under new management and it's now the best ever must be the best friend of whomever is the new management lol This is seriously the worst bank I've ever been to in my life. It's legitimately unbelievable. It NEVER fails to amaze. I've gone to this branch every month for 2+ years (to pay rent) and I literally go to Wells Fargo directly across the street, take out my money and take it to BofA across the street. Here is the scenario literally every single month. Go to Wells Fargo, 2-3 people in line, 5-6 people working, in and out within 5 mins, 10 at the VERY most. Walk 30 or so steps. Get in line at Bank of America 15-20 people in line, 2 people working. I'm not exaggerating, this is literally EVERY, SINGLE, MONTH. My roommates and I laugh about it because it's so ridiculous we have to laugh. 2-3 people and a full staff over at WF, 15-20 people in line and 2 people trying to handle all of it. The. Worst. Brach. Of. Any. Bank. I. Have. Ever. Been. To. The staff who are actually working are average. Usually come off annoyed, but that's understandable when you have 20 people in line and you're one of two people working and being yelled at by the billion people who stood in line for a half hour (literally.) The worst part is every single time there's somone complaining and every single time they say 'oh, 1 or 2 people are on vacation, but we're working on the staffing, we're training people right now!' I'm not exaggerating when I say I've heard that 10-15 times in the last two years of going here every month. Keep working on the staffing guys, the hiring process is going just great. lol

I have to pay rent here at the beginning of every month. The place is terribly slow, I can walk over to wells fargo across the street and be in and out under 5 minutes. Here if you are the 5th person in line you can count on being there for at least another 15 minutes to be helped.

They dont give temp checks. $20 for 40 checks. Tell me to go thru mobile; can't help in person. Customer service is dead. I just want my damn money.

This place is awful! Maximum 2 tellers working despite line being 10+ people deep always. Plus they are closed on Saturdays!
