    The banker messed up the account number and it showing negative on my account since then. They said it is system error but cannot fixed it after a month. I have to been there five times, don’t know what’s going on. What if the bank give you extra money, they will fix it within 24 hours. But the bank takes your money, and how long takes for fixing that? More than a month. Unbelievable.

    I had an appointment and no one from the bank seem to bother about the appointment. Was still waiting for 10 15 mind to see what's going on. Nothing happened. For this time I should have went to chase and opened an account instead 🙃 Nothing specially horrible, it's just another Bank of America

    I experience an extremely rude male teller at this branch. I went in to get out money and gave them all necessary information to get out my money. Male bank teller started lecturing me on not having my cell phone with me and they almost denied me getting out my money even though I provided several legal forms of identification. Very rude especially to a customer with multiple assets under bank of America. I am through with B of A and their customer service. Bank elsewhere!

    Visited this bank on 7/23/21 and was disappointed. First of all, nobody even acknowledge you are waiting in their waiting area. I sat there for almost 15 minutes and one guy in the office was busy doing who knows what. I decided to approach the teller with what I needed. She tried to help but indicated that a “BANKER” will be the one to help. I left, went to another branch and got what I needed. I was even greeted at the door when I stepped in. This is the branch on Riggs Road/Dobson.

    employees at this bank did not know how to complete a digital ID verification so we could open a checking account for my son. Had to wait 20min to meet with clerk and start the process over, scrapping application that took 30min to fill out online. Complete waste of time.

    I was looking for an email to write a review but I didn’t see one so I came to google instead. Best experience I have ever had at a bank and I’ve been going to Bank of America for years. I needed to open a savings account and I had Pam. She was not only helpful, but very informative. She helped me understand my savings account and my new credit card and all the benefits that came along with them. She took her time explaining things to me and making sure I was happy even though it was a busy Friday. She was awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

    i walked into this branch few days ago hearing another person complaining about one of the employe being unprofessional and extremely Rudely towards to another customer while the branch manager was standing right there so I decided to leave I felt bad for that person experience that kind of rudeness towards him.The negative attitude of the teller to the unprofessional service from the individual at the front is unappealing. This location has taken their customers and business for granted. A very sorry state of affairs at this location.

    I have been a B of A client for 25 years and the lack of customer service and incompetence at this location is deplorable. It doesn't matter if you are a basic checking account customer or wealth management client. From the moment you step into the branch, the staff wants to push you to the ATM or automated phone system. If you are depositing a $10 check or $100,000 check, they tell you to go to the ATM. If you want to schedule an appointment, go online and schedule it. If you need to have something notarized, they tell you to go to your local UPS store because they don't provide that service anymore. It is very obvious they don't value their customers. If this is the direction that Bank of America is going, I will be looking for a bank that better serves my banking needs. Giving this location 1 star is being generous.

    I have been to this location multiple times and they go out of their way for their hispanic customers but if you are caucasian, they are very rude to you and make it very difficult to want or endure business with them. I would stay far away from this branch and my next step is file a form discrimination complaint.
