I don't come here often (once every couple of months) but when I do, the line is backed up to the door. You can almost guarantee waiting at least 30-40min if you need something done inside. I've been with Bank of America around 18 years. I've been disappointed in their overall service and business practices the last 10 years. My wife and I have separate bank accounts, and the service/experience at her bank is far better. Time to close out my BOA account and move on.

First they shut down the drive throughs at some branches, then they started closing at 4:30 and now they have closed all but one branch. I guess they are just going to become an online only, self service bank. So typical with the big banks. So glad we have all the great local banks with excellent service in town, but Unfortunately we have to use Bank of America because of the Alaska Airlines Visa mileage plan, otherwise we wouldn’t step foot in this bank.

I cannot even rate this bank with one star. The wait time it's out of this world. I spent over 40 minutes to make a counter withdraw. I might just have to replace you!

Edited: I'd STILL give zero stars if I could. The one lower valley branch that was left has been permanently closed, and not sure there was any warning (although I suspected it would be). Went to deposit the check in the ATM as usual and they we're all just gone. The closest ATM we could find took an extra day to post the check to our account. As a small business owner, driving 45 minutes to the nearest branch for the simplest of tasks is a bit of an inconvenience. We are in the process of looking for a better, more convenient and locally owned banking option. Banking with BofA has been nothing but a nightmare since I've started doing the banking for our business. I will say, I have not had problems with the tellers and the security guard is always polite. That is the only positive thing I have to say.

I had a zelle transfer to my bank account and it showed up for less than a minute and then the money didn’t show up anymore, not the fist time that is happened, as well I never get my refunds from several stores and because of it I have to get cash back, and they never help me with anything, most likely to close my accounts with this bank.

Went to the bank today, and there were a lot of people, but the line moved quickly. They helped me very fast, and the teller was very friendly. No rush to move you along with no interaction but the opposite. They moved quickly, but made sure you felt that you were special. With all the people that were in line, the tellers worked super fast, and answered all my questions. The security were very polite and watched closely to keep the line moving fast. With all they have to do, they earned my respect. Thank you all who made my visit very pleasant. Have a great 2020.

Two days in a row we've been here and they are in no hurry to wait on customers. Only 2 tellers and 9 customers in line. We're having our mom change banks. Our time is valuable and obviously B of A in Union Gap doesnt think it is

I have been banking with B of A for close to 50 yrs. Any problem, they got right on it and resolved. As far as banking at this location. I've been here about 12 yrs. Some days slower than others, but they have provided me with ample service, respect and care for a customer. I personally miss the window service. Especially now with this Civid 19.
