Very great people. I was at the closing of my home, and my lender wanted recent transactions of my account and stamp from bank to close. I went to the bank at 4:20 pm on Friday. Everyone was leaving. I requested someone for help, and she considered my request and provided what I needed. Thank you so much for your help in tough times.
Hi Rushik. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^Matthew

I decided to switch banks and go to Bank Of America and let me tell you, this branch is amazing. Juliana assisted me with my personal accounts, and Belen assisted with my business accounts. Between the two of them, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable at their jobs. Polite, well mannered and professional. I met the Branch Manager and very professional as well. He couldn’t happier to introduce himself to me and welcome me to his branch. I am looking forward to many years at Bank of America.
Hi, JJ. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Juliana and Belen were during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^alma

This is the worst bank. They are completely unfriendly. You can't reach them by phone and when you go in they demand you have an appointment, which you can't make because you can't get them on the phone! Then when you go in because you want to talk to a person and not an automated message, they treat you like garbage and make you feel as though you're bothering them. Not helpful at all. If you tell them that you have questions, they tell you to call. Great job. I'll go talk to your robot who can't answer any questions either but at least isn't so rude. Cannot wait to not have to deal with these people!

Do not under any circumstances give business to this location. They are simply atrocious at meeting the needs of the customers. I was just in there with 8 people at 11:30 waiting in line for a half-hour, one teller and 5 other employees and a manager walking around doing nothing to move the customers through their transactions. Just letting us talk to each other about how slow it was. When I asked the manager, one of the times he walked through the lobby jingling his keys, if the other computers were broken he said no and when I asked if there were other employees to help he also said no. When I told him this way of making customers wait is unacceptable, the manager 'Robert' told me "there were other ways of doing business". Implying it was my fault for expecting them to serve me in a timely manner. No, "sorry for the wait", or anything. So my apologies to Robert for expecting him to do his job, let alone doing it well. Trust me, there is absolutely no chance of that happening again with me or any of those other 8 customers that were in the lobby at that time.
We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

I came to this BOA branch office on Saturday 11/20/2021 to see Jacqueline Sharp, a relationship banker, after made an appointment online on previous day. When I arrived this office around 9:45 as I made my appointment, a lady stopped me at frond door and asked me " what you need". I answer in my soft voice that I have BOA Prepaid card in which NJ Dept. of Labor transfer to my prepaid card for the fund of my temporary disability insurance benefit. I also showed up my card and NJ- DOL Statement for the fund transferred to BOA and wanted to cash out or transfer to my bank account. I certainly know that she understood my request, but she still keep her big voice with an un-respected attitude in next questions. After I explained with her with more details approximately 3 more minutes and she answered " Ok go with bank teller" in rudely manner. I really disappointed with the way she treated me and answered " why you let me go to bank teller now" in my raising voice and I approached to bank teller, but she stopped me against and asked me to leave the branch office because I raised my voice and will call 911 if I don't leave. I really was surprised the way she treated me with rudely attitude and manner. Why she raised her voice with me when she asked me previously. I then raised my voice to responded the way she gave me the hard time to see bank teller and she scared me by to call 911. I came to BOA at Cherry Hill and a female teller showed me two choices to cash out or transfer to my Citizens Bank in very simple way with enthusiastic attitude. I wonder that the BOA staffs in two different branch offices so different in the treatment with customers. I even have BOA checking and saving account over 10 years and closed last year. I came to some BOA branch offices in Camden County for times, but this Marlton office has been really hard way to do business with them for times I came there. Very disappointed! I suggest office manager to see the video camera to consider the problem. Let educate your staffs the way to provide service to customers.

We are a business customer of Bank of America, bringing in cash deposits about once every 2 weeks. I just had an AMAZING experience with Jacqueline, who normally works at the Voorhees branch. Oftentimes, when I arrive with my 10-15 cash deposits, the tellers seem annoyed with me, as it does take about a whole minute per deposit, meaning they have to spend 10 minutes with me rather than just a quick in and out. However, Jacqueline not exasperated or rude. In fact, she was quick, efficient, kind, and accommodating. Another customer stepped up and was rude to her about having to wait for the next available teller, and she handled him professionally and effectively. I usually am not excited about coming in to do my banking, but Jacqueline made it a more pleasant experience. I hope she sticks around at the Marlton branch, or I may just have to drive to see her at the Voorhees branch!
Hello. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jacqueline was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^mark

One teller working during the lunch time hour with 4 other employees walking around doing nothing while the line grew out the door. Unfortunately, I had quite a few checks to cash, which resulted in the teller having an attitude and basically throwing the money at me when she was finished. Very uncomfortable transaction.

Due to ATM failure kept $1,200 on my Chinese wife's money. Was told that she would have a credit which was never given. I'm now sitting in the office being told it will take 2 months to locate her money after she was already told it was found on Saturday. This is not the first time Bank of America has done this Read other reviews you can see how they have done this to many Chinese people. If you are Asian that said do yourself a favor find a different bank.

Horrible service from teller and branch manager after branch made a mistake. No apology, no call back, no solution. I took time out of my day to point out error where ATM provided more money than what was requested. You would have thought I would receive a “thank you” for helping them with missing funds. Instead I had to deal with rude, disrespectful and unprofessional branch manager. Moving my account once checks clear.
