    Something is drastically wrong with Bank of America. Been trying to get my name change updated in bank records for two weeks. After four visits to the branch the business and checking accounting will hopefully be updated soon. Had to call customer service for Business and Personal Credit cards separately for updating the name - still waiting for the forms they promised to send. Still trying to figure out the procedure for updating my LOC accounts. After offering to resolve the issue @ BofA HELP referred me back to the branch. Customer Service are clueless about the process and claim that they cannot send/receive email message which means waiting for hours for one of them to answer my calls. It is crazy and highly frustrating dealing with them when i see other banks complete the same task without even a visit to the branch.

    Terrible service and disorganized. Walked in last week wanting to update account details and I was told that I need an appointment. Returned today with appointment. Arrived early to be told that I must wait for the specialist with whom I have an appointment while five other specialists were mostly idle. Overstaffed and underworked in front office, while there is a long line for teller service. Disorganized?

    Disorganized and terrible service. I just wanted my personal detail updated and I was turned back last week as I did not have an appointment. I reached early for my appointment today and the five customer service specialists handling different products will not handle my request and I was asked to wait for the specialist assigned to me. Her system broke down before my appointment. I am now asked to reschedule my appointment. Highly overstaffed and under worked - not surprised that the service is so bad.

    Very poor service I have ever met. I visited this location on 10/13 afternoon and waiting at lobby almost half an hour. I found three employees working only with the computer and nobody came out and acknowledged waiting customers. I could not bare to wait and left there without any service.

    I've banked at this branch for many, many years.. I have to be honest..I don't like the new design. I am also disappointed by the lack of teller staff especially over the lunch hour. Why would you have a short staff at lunch time when that seems the most obvious time for your customers to do their banking? It's so frustrating to have an long line of customers waiting when there seem to be bank employees wandering around. It really angers your customers. Hopefully scheduling will improve....

    Rude and disrespectful of my time. I had an 11:30 appointment. At 11:45 the banker comes out and tells me she is still working with her 10:30 appointment. I asked how long til I’m seen and I was told 20 minutes or so. When I showed that I was no happy with this, her response was “I can’t kick them out of my office.” On top of this she knew my dad was coming who has ALS and can not move at all so getting him out of the house is a challenge. She did not care about this at all. At least show some sympathy. I walked out. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

    It seems to me that due to poor cash flow this branch puts a hold on large checks to earn some free interest. Peter Lin (the teller) at this branch and Miguel gave me misleading info that they will take my issue to the manager and my funds will be available on Monday instead of Thursday and the Manager will call me back on Monday to confirm. It's Tuesday already- NO CALL BACK ever since, my money have already left my other account and still not available to use !!! If I only knew that this will be the case, I could of used the wire-transfer instead, instead of relying on their tellers' words. I do not know any other bank that would hold their customers funds for over a week, make promises to deal with the issue and IGNORING and NOT CALLING BACK!!! It looks like this bank encourages their TELLER TO LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS, so they can steal the funds to earn money for their Branch! Now, I cannot lock my refinance rate because of these LIERS! I'm closing off all my accounts with them as soon as this nightmare is over! BEWARE! BANK like this one should not be in business!

    If I could give this branch LESS THAN ZERO I would. They used to be great, before they REDESIGNED their branch so it only serves a few customers at a time. One of the tellers told me they are making customers wait ON PURPOSE, so it'll 'force' us to USE THE ATM. The last time my husband did that, it ate his check. Took them TWO WEEKS to credit his account. I've written maybe 3 reviews in my life. But this branch of Bank of America is SO BAD, so disrespectful of our time, and desire to BANK WITH A TELLER AND NOT ATM verges on obscene. Shame on you, San Ramon BofA!

    Best ever service I received from an American Bank! I came from India and had to set up a bank immediately to get the salary in.
