    Stoped by the branch to use the ATM out of Convience. I should have known better being a previous customer! I put my card into the ATM and couldn’t get it back. I went into the branch and explained the situation. The representative told me along with another customer that the ATM was being worked on. We explained there was no sign or baracade preventing us from using it. She then said there was nothing that she could do! Returning home from the doctors office with the elderly blind lady that I care for put us in a bad spot! Things like this seem to be the culture at Bank of America! I am happy that I no longer have to deal with all of the incompetence. I called my bank, Raymond James, they put a stop on the card and another in the mail. Just read the reviews!

    I just had a terrible experience with an extremely rude teller. Absolutely zero customer service from him. He did perk up and tell me to “have a nice day” when I asked for his name. I understand all the bad reviews now…No way I would return to this branch again.

    If I could give less than one star, I would. Went to sign on my 88 year old mother, with Parkingson’s, onto an account. They were running late and I offered to reschedule 4 times. My mother had an dental surgery appointment at 1:30. We arrived at 12:50 for a 1pm appointment. They were running late so offered to reschedule. After numerous issues, the apparent assistant bank manager refused to offer access to my 88 year old mother’s credit account because I was frustrated with their 40 minute process to get an authorization. I asked for his card, and has he handed it to me, he walked away and said make sure that customer service representative closes all your accounts. I made sure. Worst, absolutely the worst bank ever. Made an 88 woman leave. Horrible people at their Lakeway branch. Horrible.

    Worst customer service ever. I tried calling them multiple times to inquire about my appointment that I set online to confirm that it was still set. As I am pulling into the branch today I get an email at 8:58am that my 9:00am appointment is canceled. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

    Horrible people. Bad customer service. The little short man in the suit with grease in his head has a major power trup and needs to be removed immediately. He has no business being in some sort of "power" position. He has no compassion, empathy or kindness. Stay away and move your accounts!!!!

    Every time I go this place the cashier has an excuse to not do it what I ask, terrible costumer service. I went Friday; nobody was in line she ask me to wait and finally said yes ma'am! I ask for cash with checks and first she saw every check and I said need a hundreds she saw me with a big smile and said I have only 20's how is possible that the bank doesn't have money??? This is not the first time that she's like that...

    Go anywhere! Literally anywhere for a better bank. Any other bank has better service. Worst customer service of any bank I have ever used. I had no idea that Wells Fargo was actually good until I used this BOA. Previously thought they were bad, looking good in comparison.

    I went in to try to open an account and the person behind the counter had a terrible attitude and told me no one was available and I would have to make an appointment. I called another day and the call went to the big call center where I wasted a lot of time on hold and dealing with automated systems, never getting to talk to a real human at the branch. I gave up and went to a smaller bank nearby where I had an awesome experience with a real human who had a great attitude! It is inexcusably insulting beyond words for massive bloated companies like this to provide such terrible customer service. If a small business acted like that, it would be out of business within a year. BofA, you have billions of dollars. You can run all the phony commercials you want about helping Americans and being part of the community during the Pandemic, but put your money where your mouth is. Hire more people! Make it easy to talk to a real human at the branch!

    I will never be going back to this branch; if I could give it 0 stars I would. Usually I have had a great experience, the staff has always been polite, helpful and has gotten me in and out in 10 minutes or less. However, today I was dealing with the manager, Jeff. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager, or by anyone, in my life; this is not how you should treat your customers. He also had the audacity to tell me that I was being rude. He asked me if I knew that they had a night drop service, which nobody had informed me about before, and then continued to make a big deal that I had never heard of this service. He then proceeded to count my money and the whole time was making me feel like it was my fault that I broke his money counting machine, when it was really just the machine that was acting up (he went to the back and got the second money counting machine which counted my money in a couple of minute). I'm a manager myself and I know that this is not how you should ever treat your customers. Worst experience of my life at this branch, never going back!
