    Made a appointment to talk with a representative. I first had to wait 2 days before a appointment could be made. When I showed up at my appointment time the representative was still helping the previos clint. Tge bank manager makes it sound that she us taking her time with the client. Rightfully so but the actual problem us that they are always short staffed. Thus seems to be the excuse all the time. They think since we dont visit the bank everday we wouldn't know and we could be given the same excuse over and over again. But the thing is I go in atleast every two weeks to the bank if not more and nothing has changed. I am so frustrated at this point that I have decided to post this review dso things might change in the location where I regularly bank. Not to mention I have a business account with good standing with them also.

    I had to go there twice today and even made an appointment with Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor for 2:30 PM thru the branch manager of the B of A branch for my second visit. She took my cell number in case he could not meet with me for the 2:30 appointment. Upon arriving there, I saw him sitting in his office with door closed on the phone, so I sat and waited for him. Five minutes later, B of A branch manager (the same person I spoke with earlier in the day and made the appointment for me) comes up to me and tells me that the Financial Advisor can see me today and if I want to reschedule my appointment. I explained to her, I work Monday thru Saturday and have a day off every other Friday, and today is my day off. When I asked her, why no one called me before I made my trip to the bank, and that she had my cell number! She looked at me as if it was my responsibility to call to confirm the appointment. Well guess what B of A and Merrill Lynch, there are plenty of other financial institutions in this area. I am taking my business elsewhere.

    I hope there was negitive stars option. I have been customer for 12 years. This is one of the worst branch. The manager has no clue how to manage people coming of banking help. Her response is generic "please wait..someone will be with you shortly...".. shortly in her terms means 20-30mins.. One day I had urgent need to deposit some cash to overcome overdraft. I tried to get in there before 5pm. You know what to my shock, they close at 4PM...not sure why this branch is so special and close at 4PM. This is one of the worst branch which changed my perception towards Bank of america.

    I have been a BofA customer for over 20 years, dealing with branches in several states. This branch...bar none, is the worst I have dealt with. Notary services that are not available on a regular basis during the business hours, appointments confirmed online that are not met nor monitored, and branch associates who display a lack of knowledge concerning the capabilities/services of the bank.

    They do not pick up the phone when called, the information about hours on the auto message is incorrect for holidays, worst part, they almost always had just 1 teller working at a time every time I went. While there were “managers”, they won’t provide any real help other than, “please wait, we will be with you soon” and keep roaming around. Guess they call do the teller work when there are a lot of customers at the location.

    Extremely disrespectful, our business uses this bank in particular and the tellers have consistently been rude and condesending towards the customers. I understand that this business can be stressful but this is unacceptable. I work in the service industry and if one of my employees had treated a customer the way they treat me and others, there would've been instant reprucussions. Fix it
