    Diego is amazing. We were denied, to to lack of knowledge and discrimination at the Bank of America on Conlan Circle. Diego knew what he was doing and helped partner us with the financial advisor. We had lost all faith in BOA and he restored it. He is a true asset.

    Terrible customer service, first I waited for a notary appointment for a week and then the day of the appointment comes by and I receive a call saying that the notary will be gone indefinitely. Oh, let us also talk about the how they never pick up the phone and the online appointment scheduling system does not work. It is disappointing because I have been a loyal BOA customer for 10 years and I have never been so upset/enraged.

    Terrible customer service, Unfriendly and incompetent. Didn't even make eye contact. Old school tellers, I have to beg to get served to put money into my account. Empty stares, when I put in my complaint (friendly of course). They just waited until I am done and leave; without service. AVOID!

    The front desk guy named David should be fired. He was not in the desk for about half an hour. He was keeping saying "I cannot hear you" to hide the truth that the place has horrible service.

    The bank teller repeatedly gave the incorrect change after I gave her a detailed list. Then handed me back large bills and told me to go. When I informed her I needed smaller bills not the 20’s she snapped and told me she doesn’t have anymore and I can wait or leave. Most unprofessional experience ever.

    This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes its just fine like any other branch, other times they are clearly short staffed and wait times can be as long as an hour. Not ideal since a bank visit should be in and out. Some of the tellers are very friendly and attentive while others are not so much.

    If you need any help ask for Jaime Moreno. He is amazing. We have been dealing with an issue for 3 weeks now and we have been going to this branch trying to get a solution for our problem and he was the only one that genuinely cared and took care of us. Every week we would get different answers on what to do and non of it was close to the truth. It’s a long story but now thanks to him we will get our missing money back. He is the only reason i am giving this branch 5 stars.

    I have lost my wallet and lost everything. I needed a temporary card to get money from my account. The manager of this branch(forgot his name), other than saying I need to see your ID with cold face, didn’t want to help. I went to the other location and they helped me within 10 minutes. Where as the manager of this location repeated the same word as automate response I need to see you ID. How stupid person should be not to understand if I am telling that I lost my wallet and asking a help to get some out of MY MONEY. 1 star is too much for this kind of idiots!!!

    Should give 0 stars. Worst banking experiences of my life! Money keeps disappearing from my account. I call, and can't get any assistance by phone, I go into the branch, and they say they don't know where my money is and can not help me. I write emails, and get zero reply.

    If it wasn’t for Vlad I probably would have switched banks at this point. I am at another BOFA now and they make it so difficult to wire any money. Thank god for Vlad.
