Min Cai the associate that helped me was very rude and unkind. She kept looking at her phone and time wanting to leave already. I asked her if she was okay to help me or if she needed to leave. She bluntly said I’m fine and then after I told her to help me set up a savings account she bluntly said she couldn’t because she had to leave. She rushed the process I was not understanding and wanted to be kind enough to let her leave. Now I have my account locked because of her bad customer service and no reassurance for everything. It’s so much but Iam not satisfied because now I can’t pay my bills. I don’t think she fully understands that having a bank account is serious. This is where we have money and trust Bank of America to have and handle our money.

I was greeted and helped within 1 minute of entering. The teller was friendly, assisted me, and answered my questions. It was a good experience for my 1st visit to this bank.
Hi, Sylvia. Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^alma

Bank is disgusting on the inside. Place looks like a run down nursing home lobby. I would bet money they’re in the red and about to shutter. Vault is over 30 years old too. Tread cautiously.

They no longer offer the drive up window so you have to go in. The problem with that is that they only have ONE teller in all of Columbia working! The line is outrageous and the wait time is forever.
We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

What is going on with BOA? This is the only location open and now there only part time. Let me guess...Covid? Seems every other bank is able to operate just fine.
We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

Zero stars will be generous. This bank is a joke. We were clients for a long time since they absorbed Boatmans Bank and Bank IV. Few years before Covid-19 we closed everything with them. The BoA is going down. We sold even our stocks in this bank. The only reason I went to this bank is to pay off my wife's car loan that happened to be sold from the car dealership to BoA. Here are the latest observations: First the CoMo downtown branch increased their fees for everything, than the branch closed albeit "temporary" they say. That leaves you only with the S. Providence Branch. The drive-through is closed and you can utilize only an ATM there. The posted hours are not accurate - you can get there at what supposed to be business hours, yet the doors are locked. Today, I was lucky to get in and the line in the waiting room was long. There was only one bank teller who in all fairness tried to keep up with the long waiting customers. When you look around you will see 3-4 (I counted 4) "privileged" managers who were doing NOTHING! One was walking around with a tablet in her hand, one was sitting on a desk, one was talking on a phone what it seemed like a personal call, the other one had his door closed, yet the number of clients was in the 10+. The poor girl at the teller was struggling. If this type of management is any indicator how a company is doing, than I feel really sorry for BoA. Time of visit: Thursday at 1:15PM
Hi, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and will be shared. ^Annette

I want to give this the worse rating ever. They discriminate at this location big time. I came from out of town and they told me that my id was fake because they looked for the seal the wrong way. My id was from AZ and they checked for it the MO way. And they lied about the limit of money that can be cashed by a non banker. My check didn't exceed $7,500. Worse service ever and it happened 06/07/2021 around 3:00pm.

Would give 0 if I could. Website shows hours M-F 9-4 and Sat 9-noon. Call branch, get same hours. Call customer service, gets same hours repeated. Location not accepting making appointments. Call to speak to someone there, message that everyone is helping customers. Drive to location...CLOSED. Closest location that website shows is open for inside business...almost 2 hours away.

I had a couple issues. It was so hard trying to get someone to help me. The other bank in downtown is closed but has no notification on the door saying so. However, thanks to Tamara, she didn’t waste my time and got straight to the point. It was not resolved how’d I like but I’m ok with it for the compassion and time Tamara took to help me fix my problem she did everything she could!
