Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Continental Rd, Green Valley

Just opened an account here everybody was really polite and helpful. They stayed after their hours they were willing to open up an account for me because my time is limited. Saturday is really the only day I could do this. Jesse was real professional and a really nice guy. I recommend this place to everybody.

Manager there is very uncordial not to say the least. It's okay if something cannot be done, but it's not okay the your bank not only helps you out but that the manager does want to pick up the phone to help and tells you need to go to another location. Such a good bank, manager needs customer service training.

They are very helpful and professional. The only downside is that sometimes you have to stand in line a long time. Too few tellers. But that seems to be system wide as I have visited various branches. So I'm not going to dock them. They do extremely well.

Friendly and helpful but they're not staffing up for having the other location closed. Long lines, standing outside (due to COVID rules) and took more than 15 minutes to see someone, even after 3 pm when it supposedly is slower.

Good bank, great branch, but an outstanding location. Those Arizona desert sunsets are something else. No wonder so many Californians are packing their backs and moving to the Grand Canyon State. Maybe I will too one day.
