This is the worse Bank of America I have ever been too. Don’t go there. The manager should be fired for not following protocol.

The manager didn’t let me at 11:55 am. She said it was too busy. This is terrible and the manager should be fired. This is the worse experience ever. Bank of America should be ashamed turning way customers before it closes. I will be calling the Bank of America customer relations line because this is a disgrace. This is not after hours, your bank closes the door at 12pm, not 11:59,11:58,11:57,11:56, or 11:55. Get your act together or get a manager who knows they are doing. But I will never ever visit this branch again and I will make sure our subcontractors and vendors in this area do the same.

I want to start off by stating the staff here is friendly and courteous. Now that being said, this location is always under staffed. It takes way too long to do any type of banking at this location. I have to come during work hours to make deposits and I always struggle to make it back to my job on time because my wait time, inside or at the drive thru of the bank, ranges from 15 to 30+ minutes. I hope by entering this review management at this location will either have adequate staffing to accommodate the volume of customers this location receives, or if need be, hire more personnel.

I try my best to never leave negative reviews but this was the worst Bank of America experience I've had and I've been a member for 14 years and am an Adv Plus member. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, to have something notarized. Drove 10miles out of the way to get there bc they were the only ones open on Saturday. There is no sign in book for member services. I asked the member service person, whose name started in D and ended in y, if the notary is in today and she responded that because I don't have an appointment I should just go somewhere else and pay to have it notarized if it's important to me, because(she looks at her watch) they close in 30 minutes and they will not be able to see me today. Any other bank of America would serve anyone in the building before closing time as long as they are willing to wait to be seen."You guys require appointments to be seen?" I asked -her answer, "Yes, you can make them online or on the app". Would have been nice if BOA would have notified us of that, if it were even true, somehow i doubt it is. The gentleman who walked in right before me also needing member services, was speaking spanish with the representative was not told the same thing. Spanish is my 2nd language & although she wouldn't know it by looking at me, I understood their conversation as well. Would be nice if everyone was treated the same. I will be avoiding this branch at all costs in the future.

One of the worse banking institutions ever. There is a line of 5-6 waiting 15mins prior to opening. They never open on time, always a few minutes late... and when they finally let you in they are still unprepared so you wait another 5-7mins. There are never any tellers and even with a office full of people walking around only one teller to assist you. Absolutely dread coming here. Don't get me wrong the staff here is friendly but, something has to be done about the efficiency of this location.

Worst bank service on earth. Long wait, Sara behind the counter has no customer service skills. Dellon was okay but did not communicare effectively with Eve and that just made me waste more of my time. I couldn't pay my bill and could not fix the issue with the online banking app for Bank of America. I don't even use this bank location on a regular because I have a great one near me but I thought I wouldn't have an issue here. Avoid this location if you have to speak to a person.

Worst bank service I ever had. Only one person working behind glass. 2people directing customers. Seriously? I waited 30 min in line...my time is also valuable. Unless they pay me... I won't deal with this branch.

3rd time I've tried to access the lobby, but it's closed due to lack of tellers.
