I will never go to this Bank of America, it always a problem when I go in, but never a problem when others of a different skin color. They are slow, not organized, and have too many people standing around to have a line of people. But when you’re the only one in line and it’s still takes you 30 minutes just for a simple cashier check it’s a problem for me.And not to mention one lady didn’t speak and was staring because I was getting irritated.

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Always a line of people and only one teller to help customers which leads to a 30+ minute wait just for something simple like getting change. No one working there acknowledges your existence. If the company I worked for didn’t use this bank I would never come here. This has been an issue for at least a year, judging by the reviews this problem should have been fixed a long time ago.

Terrible experience. The teller made an error and deducted a duplicate amount for cashiers check from my account twice. The manager was rude. This location has terrible customer service.

Waited 60 minutes to cash a check. Another bank of America with arrogant managers and check verifiers. The line had one teller at 11:08a.m.. I reached the teller after twenty minutes I was asked to step a side and wait for the check to be verified. Take a seat and wait. He checked his messages on his personal phone while we all waited on one teller and he verified the check. A procedure most tellers say that they can't call the customer he did call. After verifying the check he made me wait until the line of current customers was over before having the teller cash the check. I guess I'm a nobody and lost my place. When I told him it was wrong that I am treated this way he offered that I take the check and leave. Typical for Bank of the Arrogants. Picture perfect place of bad service and arrogance.

First walked in needing to know who to wait for to order checks, nobody speaks to you or ask if you need to be assisted. Also, after a long wait, the woman was super pushy at the window with a couple a smart comments. Just not a very good experience overall at this location. I'll make sure to to just wait and choose a different one next time BOA is usually excellent with their costumer service.

I can see why this branch has such low ratings. Walked into the branch today they had plenty of employees sitting in the office with no customers but yet a line at the teller. After waiting in line for 15 minutes with no one moving I asked to get another teller to help with all the customers. Had to wait another 10 minutes before they did that. No focus on the customer experience.

Apparently when you have been banking with a company for almost 10 years you become devalued and under appreciated. I lost my debit card and stopped in to obtain a temporary one on my LUNCH break during work hours only to be told THEY ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY and I would have to wait 2 hours to be seen!!?? The purpose of a SERVICE CENTER IS TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS - I'm enraged that not one single person (some of which were not busy with clients at that moment At all) were unwilling to get off of their butts and do what their hourly wage or salary demands. I bet you Wells Fargo or JP Morgan Chase would of had better service hence MY account will be closed behind this mishap.

They never have enough people working the lines always long, and other employees that don’t have customers never bother to say can I help you today. They are not customer friendly their bank friendly. The other day there were 4 people standing behind the counter and only 1 young lady was working with customers. It’s just overall bad service.
