    The notary at this location doesn't know how to do her job. Her job is just to acknowledge who I am when I sign the piece of paperwork but yet she won't do it because she thinks she's a lawyer and needs to see and say she's contesting to all the documents that's attached which is false. They need to learn how to do their job. Cost me $20 because they send me to UPS that actually knows how to do their job. People wonder why their jobs are getting replaced by computers

    Only 1 teller during busy hours. Manager offers no assistance to speed up the line. Plan for 30-45 min wait. Walk up atm is out of service, drive through atm has long line and inside teller has no urgency. I recommend staying away from BOA if possible.

    this place is bitchin!!!!!! they have a little time-out corner that my girlfriend puts me in whenever i act out in public and they have some couches with a tv that plays one channel. new date night destination spot!!!!!!!!!!! i just wish they played music in this joint cuz i feel like the employees are this close to dying from boredom haha

    The staff is very friendly so it’s nothing they can do but someone higher up this food chain needs to get this branch some help. There is always a line out the door with one teller, who is always so nice and is able to get me in and out because I just make straight deposits. Just be aware that when you come into this particular branch your wait time may be triple what you expected. I had to get out of line and leave a few times. Whenever I’m there the line is never acknowledged either. No one says that they’ll be right with us or thanking us for waiting or offering an apology for the wait. If I could do this at the ATM or electronically I would but unfortunately I need to see the tellers. I understand though that it’s hard trying to find help but I’ve been coming here for a year and a half now and nothings changed. If anything it’s gotten worse. Please, Regional/district Manager of this district, get this branch some more tellers for the love of God!!!

    Very unprofessional ,i asked to open a bank account and the guy up front just let everyone that came in after me get served first he told me that he would be right with me and served another lady that came in while after i did as well as another gentleman thats came in after me .

    No one ever ever ever answers the phone. We have to leave our office, drive to the bank to actually speak with someone. This is not how you conduct business........Poor business.

    Bank of America has gone downhill. This used to be my favorite bank. 3 of the banks closest to me closed during covid and have yet to re-open. This location on 441 and southern is the next closest location. They are always busy and understaffed. I don't understand why some of the other locations' staff didn't come to this location. I don't think there is a limit any longer on how many people can be in the building but there are never enough employees. No one greets you at the door. You wait until someone is ready to see you and then tell you there is no one present to perform the service you need ex: notary or endorsement guarantee. I cringe having to come here and need to change banks. I started using the RPB location which is much better. There is a super nice greeter who let's you know there is no one available to help you for what you need so at least your not waiting and can make an appt to come back. Today, no one there to notarize. Lucky to have these free services that are seldom able to be provided. Bank of America, you need to get it together before I change my business and personal accounts. This is ridiculous.

    The worst back ever. I waited over an hour to make a simple transaction. The staff was slow and even attend 2 clients fist even when I got there first. At first I though it was just me, but after checking previous reviews I noticed that there are many complains for the same reasons. I deffenally will be closing my account ASAP.

    This particular branch crew is sad. Not the ladies working with people. When you come in,your normally greeted with a smile and professionalism. The ladies there now don't greet you,they just look at you and look back to what their doin. The lady in front of me just went and sat down,to wait on one of them to approach her and ask her what she needed. The woman just went to the back and left us standing there without asking us "how may we help you". I wonder if they would have treated us like that if we were caucasian? I'm of African ancestry and the lady is of Asian ancestry. I left and went to another branch where they treat you with some respect. Sad part is their Hispanic........ I don't get it. Smh.....
