    I moved my account this past year to this bank for the convenient location. In December, I went there to get into my safe deposit box. The note on the door said the bank was closed until later that week, with no explanation. It was still closed the following week with another note about when it would open. The website showed a different opening date. The website continued to be updated with incorrect information for another week or so. The parking lot was full of vehicles all during the closure, so if this was a COVID issue, there were plenty of employees on site. After they reopened, I went in January to withdraw money from the counter, and was told that the tellers had been sent home for the day, again, with no explanation. I have never had these issues with any bank in the past. This does not instill confidence in the bank. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.

    I never wrire reviews good or bad to be honest, this was an exception!!! Today i went into Bank of America in Liberty Mo. To inquire about opening a business account. I was greated at the door by a very upbeat gentleman in a suit, who introduced himself as Matt the Financial Center Manager. He began to ask what he could help me with, i let him know i was shopping around for a new bank that could handle my business, he immediately said, "Perfect your search is over!!" Which immediately made me laugh, he then stated his bankers were in appointments currently and because he valued my time wanted to present a few options, i could wait for about 15 to 20 mins or schedule an appointment. I opted to wait, in the ensuing 10 mins we engaged in conversation, during which time we became aware we were both combat veterans that shsred very similar experiences and backgrounds. I was ultimately able to meet with Matts Business specialist who was equally amazing. Matt was one of the most professional and personable bankers ive ever met, his personality and energy were amazing. He should be the voice of the Bank, whatever that would entail. I will be moving everything to thing branch because of Matthew .

    Why in the world are you guys still closed? If it's cuz someone got covid. Ok understandable but having this bank closed for this long has made it a huge inconvenience. Open your drive through, No contact what so ever. Last time I went to the bank i had to drive across town cuz you all where closed and it was so busy that the wait in the line was an hour. This is crazy. I go to the bank at least two times a month sometimes more and I need different bills then just $20 out of the ATM. I hate that you all took away the drive through. Sometimes I don't want to get out in the cold or don't want to have to get my kid out of the car. I understand drive through is not as personal but come on I just want to be able to get my money that I need and go and NOT have to drive across town to do it and wait an hour just to do a simple withdrawal. Open the drive through and people will come.

    I have been banking with BOA for years and have always had great service. This location has a great staff that genuinely cares. Ana has set up my children’s first accounts and gives them great advice and takes her time explaining everything to them, Bradley has worked with me on several of my financial goals, and those I don’t know by name have always been professional and helpful. I like that BoA is convenient and I can do most of my banking online, but if I need to go in I’m always taken care of here.

    I would like to share my wife and My experience with the Bank of America. Before opening an account with Bank of America my wife and I made several trips to the Bank of America branch in liberty Missouri there we talked to several people including Braden, I believe that is his name who said he was president or vice president of the bank, about a trip we were going to make to Germany and how difficult it was going to be for us to be able to have access to our account so that we may be able to enjoy our trip to Germany or I’ll stay no matter how long it was, and that we would have access to our account. We were told that we would have access to our account and that it would be no problem we could enjoy our stay in Germany and then in the future if we wanted to we can open account with Deutsche Bank in Germany and transfer our money there in order to be able to survive here, after all it was our money right? Where are trip to Germany has turned into a disaster, Bank of America sent me an email asking me if there was a charge on my debit card for a car rental and if I had made it, I replied that I had not made that charge, Without any notice Bank of America canceled my debit card and left us stranded in Germany. We had no means of taking money out of the bank that was in our account and had to rely on friends and family to support us. No I would like to say that we had a sizable amount of money in Bank of America that would support us for a few years if we decided to stay in Germany but we did not have access to that money and Bank of America denied us access to that money. after many calls I finally got someone to answer the phone and to send me another debit card which they sent to the wrong address in today finally I got to talk to a customer service at a number on the back of the debit card my wife’s, they gave us a toll-free number to call and Rosita from Texas answered the call and was very polite to us and informed us that there was no way we were going to get our money at least until we open an account at Georges Bank and then a bus up to them to how much money we can transfer in an ACH draft. Make a long story straight take us longer and longer because my temper gets more and more we were lied to my Bank of America in liberty Missouri and we are screwed in Germany. The only thing we can do now is try to get the money to buy tickets to return home and then cancel our Bank of America account. I cannot warn people enough to avoid this bank under all costs, which has cost us quite a bit as for now and that’s not adding up how we’re going to get back to the states. Never again will I trust Bank of America about anything they say. What liars and very poor service to say the least. Customers beware! I apologize for the spelling mistakes from speak and spell, and I can’t seem to get over this what they’ve done to us and we are still in Germany trying to unravel what is happened to us, I am so damn mad that they have destroyed our trip to Germany that I can’t get over and now we are trying to figure out what we can do or where to go for help since they left us stranded here.

    I've called every few minutes from 9am to 4pm to stop charges on an unauthorized charge through Ebay only to be told everyone is busy please try later. I can't make it to the office before they close. What do I do!!!! Maybe find another bank

    I walked in 1 hour before close to get my wife’s last named changed on the account (just last name bc she was already on the account). Since the previous two times they told her no without me being on there. We get there he says no. I throw a fit and the problem magically gets resolved.

    This place is the absolute worst bank ever. Literally only have 1 teller and 3 other employees standing around apologizing for your wait. They closed down the drive thru and don't even open til 9am. I was waiting in a line with over 11 people ahead of me when the "door greeter" asks me if I'm withdrawing money and then how much in front of everyone in the line then proceeds to tell me to get it from the ATM and he can go change it for me behind the counter. I do not appreciate an associate telling the whole building how much money I'm removing from my account in front of strangers that I dont know. The most unprofessional employees work here.

    I find it difficult to take advantage of the "Platinum" banking benefits (i.e. Notary Service) when both the LIBERTY AND NOLAND ROAD BoA locations did not have an opening for an appointment nor the staff to perform such said functions. I am finding that these locations DO NOT cross-train their employees or look at PTO and determine who can replace an employee who is on vacation that can provide that same service to the BoA customers. Overall, I am disappointed in the staffing and the overall availability of easy services to perform. Now, I must go and pay for a notary service outside of BoA.

    I wanted to close an account I didn't know I had because it was linked to my father who kept over drafting and it was ruining my credit score. Took me about an hour to finally talk to a real person. I told them I need to close the account and I do NOT know the account number. So they transfer me to a robot and the first thing it asks is to enter my account number. HOWEVER, when I went inside it was quick and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.
