Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Dekalb Pike, King Of Prussia

I have been a business client for a long time. Not sure if I will be after today. This branch makes it's owe rules. One of my contractors could not get paid because he was not a member. Not cool BOA. ID was not the issue and check was for not alot of money. They have a limit on non members smh.

I hate writing reviews as i understand all businesses face their own unique challenges. However, BOA just keeps coming up short. Not just this location but just about every location in the SE Pennsylvania area. Today, i went to deposit a check at 1pm. But the staff had decided to already lock the front doors and the slidding door inside. When we say you are open till a posted time, please keep to that promise or post a note if you close early due to any number of reasons.

Been sitting in drive thru for 15 min. There is ONE teller inside and she hasn't come over here. Though I do see the greeter and another man on a computer...oh now the greeter is sipping tea. Great.

Was sent to this branch by the manager at the royersford branch to cash a check because the computers were down. I am a business owner and needed to cash the check to buy materials for a job. The manager said there was a $2500 limit on check cashing. The check was for $3000. Im sure she could have made an exception or even called the account holder to verify the check but didnt. After I spoke to the manager again at the royersford branch, he stated there was no limit on the the amount to cash a check. Poor service in king of prussia.

I am an account holder of this bank and will never recommend it. The service in KOP branch is horrible. I had an appointment for Notary signature, as per the website there is no restriction. When I visited the branch the Notary has told she cant sign any of the document including duplicate of the originals I carried. This was not the case when I went to another Bank (TD Bank) where I dont have an account but they happily signed all the documents. I am going to close my account which I held for over 10 years. Horrible service.

Terrible Service ... The gentleman with the shaved head who's name he never gave who calls himself the "Relations Manager" ( Office to the left) was incredibly lacking in service and care. How much of a care did he not give? He didn't even ask me my name nor did he offer even ONE solution. He mentioned he used to work for Wells Fargo which I am assuming he was canned from as well for the same lack of giving a damn. With a combined 30 years banking with them, my partner and I will be switching banks immediately.

This branch is a beautiful premises, location is convenient and welcoming. They had all denominations requested. They also have two ATM machines one inside the branch office and another outside as Drive-In. The ATM inside is little low maybe to accommodate customers in wheel chair as well. The ATM outside (Drive-in) is little high if you are driving a car but fine for SUV's :)

This bank is the devil, my landlord is an account holder, and they expect me to show ID to make a cash deposit. that's insane. the whole bank is centered around forcing people to use the ATMs I had an account before where I was charged $8 every time I had to go I and speak to a teller.

The teller looked at me then looked at the check then looked back at me and said she can't cash it. I asked why she said " I can't tell you". So I went to another branch and they cashed it with no problem.. Worst Bank Ever!!!
