For anyone that needs an open bank chase cashes checks without an account, quick to make an account, and allowed inside. I was forced to do this because of. Does that seem like an acceptable responce from someone who cares about you or your money. He just copy and past policy like a big middle finger. Id trust my money with monkeys in a zoo before i ever comeback to bank of america being that there bar is lower than the zoo. Not only have there been robberies right out side the door, but there machines have been tampered with on multiple occasions making the news[google bank of america high desert news]. The only thing american about this bank is the name and that feels like they spit on it with there service. Take your ponzi scheme bank somewhere else, the desert has enough problems with out you trying to make it worse

Personally hate this bank always something when I come in, like today I can't deposit CASH into a personal account only a CHECKS I've never heard of a bank doing this. Who has checks anymore? Don't come on a Saturday 2 tellers working and huge line took 30 mins. Will never bank with this bank.

Always a great place to do banking they have been solved no ATM top front better Lighting to make it Safe, and the staff is always great.

Manager Name Paola she is inefficient to manage BOA. Her customer service is very bad. Bank of America needs to get rid of her.

Great B of A , there hardly ever lines inside and the employees are quick to offer you help . Also the security man outside is also there to help with any questions.

I would give them zero stars if i could this bank is terrible
