    I am extremely disappointed in Bank of America. I don't feel that you even listen to your customers request to extend your business hours to normal banking hours of 9:00 to 5:00. I currently have an important matter that needs to be taken care of and apparently your bank will not discuss it over the phone and demands I visit a local branch. And because, just like most people, I work normal business hours of 9 to 5, I am not able to "step inside" one of your branches. Every single Bank of America within a 50-mile radius of my house closes at 4:00 p.m. daily. Why can't your bank at least keep up with all the other Banks as far as their hours of operation. It is currently Friday, and every other Bank extends their hours on Fridays except your bank. How am I supposed to take care of an issue that can ONLY be taken care of inside of a branch if you don't at least stay open until after most people are off work and please do not use the excuse that it's because of covid because we are no longer in the middle of a pandemic. I am frustrated beyond belief.

    They have 10 people in line, 2 cashiers. Each customer has been at each counter for 10 minutes and they haven't brought out any extra help. I've been in line for 10 minutes with 3 people in front of me and 7 behind me. Management should be coming out to help. Ridiculous.

    Very bad service, extremely long lines ok the sun and they don’t care. Tellers are very slow and if you want to cash a check and deposit it they’ll make you go back outside to deposit it on the ATM, incoherent process.

    Bank has 6 windows but only 2 tellers working. One teller always has computer problems… so only one teller really… long wait….cuz bank doesn’t care

    Every time I stop here, inevitably one of the four (4) ATMs is out of order! And there is always folks waiting their turn and standing too close behind because of that inconvenience! Hey BofA, that means do like Doritos --- and make more! Also, I am thrilled that they finally made the guard UNARMED now! One time after I successfully used the ATM, the guard had his back to me while he was talking to a customer, and I coulda cracked him over the head and took his weapon! As a former Marine, I knew that type of behavior is just trouble waiting to happen! So BRAVO for the absence of a gun! If Bonnie and Clyde are still out there and come for a stick up; get a description, and let 'em ride! We'll catch 'em!

    It's all about customer service and this teller sure helped me out today. Aleshia was wonderful ,had a family emergency and it was very stressful but with her help it took a lot of the stress away. Thank you once again ,now I know which bank I will be opening up a savings account for my new granddaughter

    Horrible BofA experience my money and debit card got jammed in the ATM. The manager couldn't get my card or money. The employees kept giving me the runaround. They told me to call customer service for a replacement card, but customer service told me this BofA branch had to give me a new card. Because I have a special account. Not only has this happened to me, but it has also happened to several others. Be careful when depositing money through the ATM.
