Awful, awful service and policies. I opened a business account with B of A and then had to close it 2 months later. They won't even cash a check from B&A itself. And, seriously, what bank closes at 4 PM on Fridays and is closed all day on Saturdays? Happy to leave this business.

Literally promoting the spread of covid... They removed the drive thru and so now you have to go inside and wait for the world's slowest tellers to do anything... I would not recommend this branch to anyone and will be driving across town for now on when I need to go into the bank. Save yourself the stress and time and go to 51st and Sheridan, they actually care about your time and health.

I walked in today with no appointment with a situation that Maria was able to take care of immediately. She got me over to a young gentleman that was very efficient, kind, & very patient with so many of my questions, & solved my situation! Always happy with the service at this bank!

I walked in to the Bank of America on Yale and stood in line while both tellers helped people in front of me. I don’t have a problem with that but when one of the tellers has a personal conversation for over 10 minutes with a customer while I waited for her to end her conversation and help the next person in line which was me. She immediately asked me if I had any account or loans with them. I do not have a loan or account with Bank of America so Amy told me she would have to have her manager verify the check I had in my hand for completing a job for the customer whom gave me a $1800 check. She told me I would need to wait to the side of the line till her manager came back I pointed to him and said you mean that guy right there not more than 20 feet from me. I said so I’m gonna have to go to the back of the line and she said yes well there really isn’t a long line right now. She said yes you will have to wait till he comes back. Now as far as the manager he wasn’t on a phone call he was just reading something typed on paper. So I stepped away from the tellers window and about 5 minutes later the manager holler over the counter for me to bring him my check so I did. He said it’s verified and I was all good. He started to walk away and I asked him are you going to cash it he Just kinda chucked and said yes of the tellers will. I said so I have to go to the back of the line again?? He said yes. So I had to go back to the back of the line and wait all over again to get my check cashed after the third person I talked to and going through the line twice. Amy was not customer friendly nor did she try to help resolve my issue she just pushed me to the side and went to the next customer since I didn’t have any loans or account with them. Who ever is the manager or regional Manager of this branch needs to talk to these people and get things lined out and fixed. I will never do business with Bank of America because of the way they treat people! I would suggest American heritage hands down over Bank of America n the only reason I went to Bank of America is to make sure the check cleared and didn’t hit my account for insufficient funds if the check was bad...... Bank of America terrible to deal with if you don’t have an account or loan with. I guess they don’t care about attracting new businesses with the way they treat people. I would of taken two minutes for her to have him come over and verify the check then proceed with cashing it. Epic failure on Bank of America’s part. I will say this just so if some on in Bank of America sees this you know you lost any of my future business . I owe two banks over 1.6 million in loans for real estate investment notes. BOA terrible......

It makes me feel so disappointed with the banker in this location! I need a notary with two witnesses. The banker not even show any enthusiastic to help me to find two witnesses. She asked me go to ask the security guard or some strangers that in the teller line to be my witness. I really do not know how to open my mouth to ask a stranger to be my witness? They do not know me! I feel helpless! And I am the client with BOA. I have an account with BOA and Merrill Lynch. My friend told me go to talk to the manager, Heat. He quite helpful at least he helped me to find someone to be my witness for me. Of course his request will be much more convincing than me to talk to the stranger! I got the notary but the whole process was so upset and embarrassing because it makes me feel like I been doing something wrong. I even have to express my thankful to the people to be my witnesses and they just ignore me at all except the old lady(she is very kind). Oh dear! don't make your client feel like commit crime in your bank. We are mutual benefit dude!

Don’t expect to talk to a real person who can help you when Bank of America screws something up. Don’t expect to walk in and get help resolving THEIR mistakes either because they will tell you to schedule an appointment to come back later and see them. Pray that you have access to other funds because you would be unwise to have to depend on good customer service here. My experience has been characterized by frustration, wasted time, seemingly endless calls through their automated phone systems, nonsense excuses and a total lack of customer service. It is hard work to be one of their customers and I wouldn’t refer anyone here, ever.

Worst bank of America I've ever visited. The store hours are on the front door, and they don't even open at that time. The Google hours don't match either. I spent 30 minutes getting my baby dressed for the cold and making sure we had everything we needed to come to the bank. I just went to make a check deposit, the option cash was highlighted and wasn't working. Went to do a check deposit and it wasn't highlighted and says it's not working. Time to switch to a different bank.

I finally got away from this bank, the service has evaporated over the last 10 years. No drive through and they don't want personal accounts or small business ones unless you have large balanced at their pitiful rates. They work hard at discouraging any in person visits. They really just want online business.

This place is friendly and equipped with professional customer service. In the 2 years of quick in and out or a sit down service, I have not one complaint. Evan Stull's customer service was top notch, and if I ever go to another bank, I will be rating them by comparison of the service I recieved from Evan. Great guy all around. & I have no doubt that the other employees have the same qualities. Bank of America is a good bank, guys! Have no worries.
