Convenient BofA location with 2 drive thru ATMs, and I think 3 ATMs on the side for pedestrians/walking. Don't recommend going on Fridays since the line is out the building, but never had an issue other than 1 or 2 ATMS being down

Wait times are unreal for this location. I always use the banking app.Rarely go in to the bank for some special need. And every time I go in the wait times are ridiculously long. There seem to be no one working here. 20 people waiting in line 1 teller. It is ridiculous. You don’t have to tell me to use the banking app online. Which I already do. If you don’t want people to go to the bank then close the locations . People will look for an alternative banks.

Only 1 or 2 Bank Tellers ever there, always a line, I would avoid this place.

I got there asked for my name to be written down to speak to a rep, they told me to wait to do that. Next thing I know they're helping someone else that was after me. Then the lady finally writes my name down. Then she goes help another customer that was a walking, her b.s excuse was that she was just giving him information, I know how to speak Spanish so I know she was actually helping him. I closed out 2 of my 4 accounts. I'm about to close out the rest soon.

Horrible service... Everytime i come to cash a check I have to wait over 15 min. in line. There are never more than 3 tellers open and over 20 people waiting in line (not an exaggeration). The one thing that makes me angry is that a lot of thier clientele are elderly so I see them waiting and standing with canes when they should just be in and out and taken care of properly. You really need to hire more people!!!

Walked in Friday morning to cash my pay check. Waited in line over 15 min. Stood at the tellers window for another 15 min. cause she was having problems verifying my paycheck and we waited for a manger. She kept asking me questions about my job and the check to guage if I was a scammer. The manager asked me to take a seat. I sat in the bank for another 15 minutes before the "manager", Hector Gutierrez, came out and told me he won't cash my payroll check because of the signature. I asked if he could call my employer, but he said "We are not allowed to do that." I asked for a letter or anything saying they were refusing to cash my employer's check. He offered me his business card. He had to walk around the bank looking for his own business card. The title on the card said he was the "Vice President". From the moment I stepped to the tellers window to walking out of the bank I was being profiled. I had to have my employer cut me a new check because they had written all over it.Bank of America has had to pay a billion dollars in restitution for Illegal Credit Card Practices and Predatory Lending, but I'm the "criminal".

Made me wait an hour to have the manager come out and say they take appointment only, the closest apointment was 3 days out. Very rude I closed my account with them and went with Chase
