Double drive up ATM's are in same row. Can keep lane blocked unnecessarily. Sun glares directly on screens making it nearly impossible to read them between noon and 5:00 pm. They have upgraded screens recently but not much better. There is a walk up in lobby as an alternative.

Recently my account was hacked, luckily Laura DeLeon Relationship Manager & Lending Specialist was able to help me create a new account and close down the ones affected, I enjoy being with Bank of America. Great customer service.

I was refused service at this Bank of America. I was trying to get money $1100 out of the ATM. My card came back restricted. I went into the lobby to see why my card was restricted. The teller in the left corner sitting down was very unfriendly and very unhelpful. I asked her if there was someone that could help me with my card. She told me no one was available. Which turned out to be a lie. She had the worst attitude with me. No customer service at all. I was already irritated because I had just called the Bank of America customer service line that morning and upped my withdrawal limit. So now, I can’t use my ATM card at all? Today, I found out from the BOA Managers that all the procedures that the teller followed with me were incorrect. The Financial Center Manager II apologized for the “misunderstanding” as he called it, it was more of a lack of the teller wanting to do her job which was to help me, the customer that’s been a client of yours for a while and has all her personal and business accounts and husband accounts and children’s’ accounts at your bank. Leadership is key and if your Financial Center Manager II make excuses “ misunderstandings” for his employees lack of customer service, then you know what they say “ The Bad Apple don’t fall far from the Bad Tree”... Morgan, the bank specialist, on the other hand seemed to really listen with empathy to my issues and seemed very sincere and shocked that the teller did that to me. And Ryan, from ATM Fraud Services, displayed excellent customer service over the phone with me and should win the award for best employee in dealing with an irate customer. Nonetheless, you know what they say, 1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, so I decided to close all my BOA accounts and take my millions of dollars and just keep it under my bed mattress, thanks to the “bad apple” teller that refused me service.

I’m not sure why all of the drive-through lanes are closed at 3pm on a Monday? Just the cherry on top of all around bad service. This was the last location I had any faith in after living in the area and trying everyone in Arlington/Grand Prairie/Mansfield over the past decade. Closing at 4pm is already absurd when your customers are largely working class. Saturday hours are a joke when you’re understaffed and close the lanes. The only reason I keep an account open is to pay my credit card with minimal inconvenience... I pay $12 for an account monthly, they will not accept loose change, and they limit rolled change deposits if they even accept them anymore. In general, Bank of America is a “bank” and a poor one at that.

The worst experience at this branch. Tried to do an out of state deposit. They treated me very disrespectfully. I am a bilingual individual and they sent a Spanish speaker to double check info as if I didn’t know what I was doing. Gave them the account number more than 4times both Languages and they couldn’t process it. When I go to the north Grand Prairie branch never have issues. They should train their tellers better. I’ll never come back.

The worse bank ever they are all about what they can charge and whoever they can charge. Whoever heard of a charging to cash a check that is wrote off of their bank don't make any since at all. This why I closed my account with bank of America years ago and moved on to a credit union. Much Better service and they don't over charge you for cashing a check.

Stopped by to cash a check; teller and manager gave me a hard time, saying I "HAD" to open an account with them in order to cash the check. Pardon me, but I'm not going to open an account in every bank I'm going to cash checks in. Even after talking to customer who wrote check to verify, manager Cindy made it difficult and was not accommodating. One minute said one thing, next minute another thing. Needless to say I won't be opening an account here; they lost a potential customer with that nasty attitude and lies. Whatever happened to great customer service.
