This is the slowest bank ever. Always one teller and is the only bank that inside is open near west end. Not to mention they only letting like 3 ppl in at a time. Plus have seniors standing for long period of time and outside in the heat. This is crazy and the pandemic shouldn’t be an excuse at this point.

I just wanted to take the time to rave of my experience here at this branch today. I accompanied my elderly aunt to the branch in order to address fraudulent charges on her account. I noted that we were immediately greeted by an associate named Aisha. Once the issue was discussed another associate named Laurel walked us through what was needed to remedy the problem. While there Aisha and Laurel ensured that my aunts contact info was current so that banking interaction would be easier. My aunt misplaced her ID and both associates showed genuine patience as she searched for it at the branch. Laurel apologized for not having an office to help us in. Although we had to stand my aunt was quickly offered a seat once her identity was verified. It was brought to my attention by Laurel that I could be added as a trusted contact for my aunt. Being that I act as a caregiver for my partially deaf aunt, I really appreciated this valuable information! I can not tell you how often I have had to ask for people to speak louder and repeat themselves when handling personal matters with my Aunt. We were both offered water while everything was updated and taken care of. This was banking customer service done right. Prior to leaving they made sure all matters had been addressed. This even included updating my personal information to my account while there. Kudos to both Aisha Harris and Laurel Flowers. Your professionalism, patience, and assistance was both recognized & appreciated today!

I’m from South Florida and I’m in GA on a vacation, I went to the east point location and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of John Fisher. I left my debit card in FL and thought I would be able to go into the branch and receive a temporary card. John greeted me immediately and asked what I was there for, he told me that BOA no longer provides temp cards which made me a bit upset. However, he showed me how I can use my digital wallet while I am on vacation, in addition he showed me I could raise my debit card limits. This changed my mood drastically and I thanked him. He invited me to sit and talk about my auto loan which is not with BOA but I didn’t have the time. This is why I bank with you guys.

I come to this location to get change all the time. I let the clerk know I’m coming from Ruby Tuesday off Virginia Ave and we get change. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED. Today there was an issue. Ms. Rosas was snappy and rude. Then got the clerk sitting next to her, she looks at me and says “oh no”. Whatever that was supposed to mean. I don’t know if they were acting like that cause an auditor was walking around or what. Completely uncalled for and extremely uncomfortable. I will definitely not have an account with BOA .

Slow service, unprofessional staff, and they use the covid-19 pandemic as an excuse not to offer basic services. I usually only use the ATM at this location, but I went in for the first time just because it was close by. There were 3 women at the counter, but only one was actively helping guest. The one on the far left, said "I'm done." And just left. She spent more time trying to get a date with some guy at the counter than taking customers. Once I finally got to the counter, I was told to speak louder even though I was exchanging personal information that could lead to identity theft and then should told me to just go to another bank. She didn't offer any solutions or anything. She kept telling me that due to the pandemic they are low of staff, but there are 3 PEOPLE at the counter, one of which was taking an early lunch because she was "done" while there was a line of customers. She just said "try another location". OK I will! I will go somewhere else with my money.

Came into this branch to cash a B of A check. I noticed a B of A sign on the building, and you know, the check was also drawn on a B of A account, but they said the check "couldn't be picked up." Bunch of liars... Pretty much the worst customer service you could ask for. Don't waste your time coming here - just avoid it!

I have been banking with Bank of America for 15 years but after moving to East Point and this branch becoming my primary bank is the last straw as I will be closing my account and switching banks. This place always seem to be too busy to help anyone although specialist can be visually be seen not assisting anyone and talking to the security guards.

If I can give a zero I would😡 slowest bank in AMERICA!!!!!!! If you can go to any other location besides this one I’ll never go back I don’t care if it’s the last bank standing I’m never going and I’m never banking with them either

Horrible bank! I work in the movie industry and our checks are drawn on bank of America. In the past 10 years I've never had a problem cashing my check without and account. Boa don't even charge us to cash our movie checks. So I went this morning on my 15 min morning break and was 2nd person in line. Got up to the teller and she said I had to have my check verified, and get back at the end of the line. I said I've never had to do that in 10 years....its y'alls check. She said it doesn't matter has to be verified. So i left with out cashing my check cause I had to get back to job and didn't have time her ignorance. I'll just go to my usual bank of America Monday and not get it verified. Would not recommend this branch cause of the ignorant teller working today that don't know her job and has a poor attitude
