And absolutely the worst run Bank of America I have ever used. The lines are constantly 15 people deep and 2 tellers working. They tell you they will help you and then when they don't it's just like oh well you're bad luck. As long as they have your money trapped in there they don't care.

I wish I can give this location no star's at all. I waited in line with my wife for about 10 minutes and then we were taken back to be seated for a teller to help. We waited from 3:57 till about 4:05 in seating area for someone to help us. You can see the guys that work there just go by and don't acknowledge you or even say anything. They are just busy talking to each other. After we were told to wait in one of the rooms and still after another 15 minutes and one teller comes in and says they can't help us and we have to come back another day. Me and my wife work a 7 to 3:30 pm shift M-F and their new hours do not make it what so ever easy for anyone to even come in and get services.I just came in to do a name change on my Debit card. How hard is it really to just finish that name change. That 30 minutes that we sat there they really could off just help us out.

I normally don’t post reviews, but BofA has been going down hill. Classic 1 teller to 8 people currently in line while several other bank employees just stand around and occasionally ask what you’re doing.

Unfortunately there's no "no star option" this is the worst branch ever! I've been to several but I've been to this one 3 times and they always make me wait a long time to do something on the platform and they can't say it's due to lack of staff because I always see several employees and there's only one person helping the lobby.poor poor management at this center!

Slow. Slow, slow unfortunately 😪 my experience was be viewed as no customer service skills,No Banos, no attitude for heart, sincerely CSReps are nice. After an hour on the branch phone to reset the pin the card is still not working on the inside atm. Ariana sida suggested to use the outside atm which sounded to me that they just wanted to get rid of me instead of fixing the problem. Very frustrated

1pm on a Monday they have 1 teller open and line is out the door....This place is always slow....They have tellers standing all over not helping at all😡😡😡

So today my mom goes to this branch around 4:58 pm. It takes her a while since she has to use a cane. She makes to the door at 5pm. This worker asks my mom where she is going? Well let's see she's parked at a bank parking lot and walking towards the bank doors so most likely going into the bank to do a transaction. Well this lady was rude and arrogant to the point where she didn't want to let my mom in as she was coing out the bank doors. The lady told my mom she had to swipe her bank card in order to go into the branch. This lady literally waited there until my mom swiped her bank card to have the door open. Instead of being having manners and holding the door for a person with disabilities she was not helpful at all. What customer service love it. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star was because another employee asked my mom if she needed help. He actually let her go inside and do her transaction with a teller. That was very nice of him. Now I know why this branch has such low ratings. They are in desperate need on improvement with their customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with ‘Philip. But not only ‘Philip was great, everybody we encountered at the bank was very friendly and helpful. We were there at a very crowded time when we could’ve gotten pushed to the side. ‘Philip made a very boring process enjoyable and his banter did not slow the process one bit. This bank may have had customer service issues in the past, but I believe they are on their way up. Great job.
