Hey here’s a great idea, let’s close a TON of branches then the ones that we keep open let’s understaff them! Close Saturday, open late Monday and only put one teller at the window. People are stupid enough to just stand in line forever. If you value your time, bank elsewhere.

Although basically friendly, I have never been at a bank where the teller is busy reading / watching something on their phone while putting $ through counting machine. Never even looked up at me. I will start looking for another branch even though many are closed....

Literally the worst bank ever. The line is always long and there’s only one box open. I went in today to cash my check and there was 2 “please stand here boxes” and I was standing on one. Then an old man came up to me and told me he is going to get in front of me because they told him to sit down because the line was full, but there was 2 spots open. The lady then came up to me and told me it was “policy” but they didn’t tell me anything when I walked through the door. I then was being yelled at by everyone in the bank. So I left , don’t go to this bank people here are RUDE.

This by far the worst BOA I've ever been too, there's never enough tellers, the lines are long out the door and they customer service is horrible. There are 10 ppl in line and I've been waiting for 30 minutes and line moves very slow, looks like the tellers need more training or something. This ALWAYS ALWAYS happens at this location. I try to see if maybe it has improved but always a fail. Dont go to that location, you'll wait over an hour just to co to teller counter

I needed a cashiers check. Both locations near me had “temporarily closed.” This location, the next closest, had just one teller. The line was consistently 10-15 people long. The manager repeatedly tried to tell angry customers that the ongoing pandemic caused the problem. But if the pandemic was really the issue, then shouldn’t the crowded lobby be closed, and the drive thru reopened? Dear BOA Management, please know, fewer employees will not produce bigger profits if you lose your customers. Customer service still matters.
Hello Keith. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. Also, we do offer alternatives to a cashier check, please visit https://www.bankofamerica.com/help/financial-center-faqs/ for more information. ^rosie

If I could leave 0 stars I would have they don’t deserve the 1 !! Because of covid 19 they changed there bank hours for no reason. They now open at 10 at 9:30 in 90 degree weather you have to stand outside in lines that wrap around the building by 10 AM they let 10 in at a time only have 1 teller working 1 person services 30 people in line on Friday to cash their checks!! How is this productive in way shape or form!! I’m now forced to stand outside for almost an hour to cash my check!?!? Then stand closer the 4ft apart from each other!! There is no reason for this you are creating unsafe conditions for many people forced to stand outside in Florida heat for over an hour!!! Get it together!!

BOA was not prepared for this pandemic. They closed so many branches that the few they left open causes customers to wait over an hour before they can reach a teller. This branch had only one teller on duty! People had to stand and wait online outside in the heat and humidity. Once inside the line had 10 customers in front of you. If Chase can figure out a way to keep their branches open, why can't BOA. As soon as I can, I will be removing my accounts and going to Chase.

Understaffed. Be prepared to wait if you need a banker. Lunch breaks are more important then assisting you and they will make sure you're aware of it, for your waiting time there. Unprofessional.

We come here every week two or three times for business reason and there is always same terrible customer service. The commercial lane by drive thru way is always same thing: no one is happy in this place, there is no smiles NEVER!!! Today I had felt lucky when saw a different face at this lane, but what was my surprise when the person in charge of this location came to give me my bag with a horrible attitude, rude. Is he who has take care of customer service? How are we pretending have a nice experience on this place when he is not offering nothing positive to his employees? NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE I AM ASKING FOR IT IS YOUR JOB TO BE NICE, TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS, We hope things change one day........

Bank is full of lazy losers and can’t even be open for a few hours on the weekend.
