If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in at 10am on a Wednesday. 10am is my lunch hour because I start work at 6am. Only two tellers “working” (an hour after the bank opens). I was the 5th person in line. Not too bad (I thought). Boy was I wrong! I was literally in line close to 45 minutes. It seemed that every transaction required the tellers to leave the counter repeatedly. And after every transaction was completed, instead of calling the next customer, like a good bank does, they’d disappear again for a period of time (either through a door, or walking over to another employee, that’s not helping customers, to talk). Then, come back to the counter, fiddle around for a few minutes THEN call the next customer. And ALL the people behind the counter seemed oblivious to the growing line of people. Once it was my turn, I was told my transaction (a wire transfer) had to be handled by the person in the lobby. By that time, there were approximately 20 people waiting for the two “disappearing tellers”. Exasperated, I went to the lobby line (one person working). I was the 4th person back. After several minutes, I saw the same pattern. The person leaving repeatedly. I LEFT. TIME TOTALLY WASTED.

Long waits ,Un organized . Front assistant kept helping people random instead of asking people in order what services needed. This is why I will no longer bank with this bank. Train your staff on customer service. Over an hour wait in line. Better service at Altura credit union.

Yeah I hate to have to agree with the negative comments but some are true. Having such long lines with one/two tellers. With such a large branch I hope management/district manager can improve this branch. I know they are doing the best that they can and it’s not the fault of the people working there but it’s senior leadership.

Teller told me the check I deposit will be credited the next day. Turns out they are holding it two weeks, even after the check has been cleared. I am without any money for two weeks, but they do not care. I am planning to close the account as soon as I can.

Random closures, rude bankers, long lines with only one or two tellers open. They constantly tell people that walk in that they can't see them until another date or that the wait time is 3-4 hours. If you bank with BOA this is definitely not the place you wanna come to.

If I could give no stars I would give this branch, 0 stars. I made an appointment online to get my personal paperwork notarized. I got there on time, they asked me to wait. I sat down, one of the ladies comes up to me and wants to see the document that I want to get notarized, she then takes it to the manger to show it without telling me anything. She then roams around the entire bank with my personal document in hand looking for the guy that does the notary, when I complained about my personal private matter being displayed to so many people they ask me to leave. How is this right?? I was waiting quietly, didn't say anything, let the notary come talk to me if there is something wrong in my paperwork. Why is something that is private, personal information had to be viewed by three people. What was the point of making an appointment then???

Poorly managed bank. Came here for debit card pin reset and there was no one to help on the main entrance to help me navigate. Spend 20 minutes in line to get access to a teller and was advised to go back to front. This time because of complain that there was no one in the front there was one guy, who was of practically no help. I was told to wait for a banker. Waiting here for a banker now for last 25 minutes.

This is my go-to bank but there is usually a really long line. It would be really cool if it had 2 drive up ATMs. But yeah secure the bag here when you can. They have very friendly people that are at the service desk.

This bank of America Buena park branch is horrible. Don't go this bank . Service is horrible. The very short Korean guy and another Korean woman(name is Doori) behind teller are very rude(Not sure manager or not,but they are not teller ).They don't even know say Hi ,or in Korean.Make customer very angry, with their not polite speech.I've never saw this kind of worker in another bank. Absolutely they need to learn Basic manner for customers. Everytime I visit ,I got so much stress with them.Other branch is fine ,Only this Buena Park branch is keep doing terrible service. Hate to go this place ,but unfortunately I live around here. Very upset with them.

Long line all day and drive up ATM is always out of service with cars lined up not knowing this. Waste of gas just drive to a different bank of America.
