    Why is it so hard to actually help customers. Just because you have 30 minutes left on the clock does not give you the right to refuse service. You get paid for those 30 minutes so you should work for it. Or do you just pick and choose who you want to help.

    ATM ate my card and had to wait 4 hours to get customer service on the line. (After finally getting someone on the phone I did receive excellent customer service from Bank of America. while I did have to get a new card, the process was easy and the customer service representative I dealt with was very polite and understanding of the situation.) Update 4/2022: The same ATM has now eaten my card a second time.

    I needed help with foreign currency exchange. I called the location several times and couldn't get anyone to answer. At the location, I waited for an hour to be seen and it turns out this location doesn't do foreign currency exchange. When I asked why my phone call wasn't answered, the response I received was "we didn't hire enough people to man the phones."

    Awesome branch! Sylvia was very helpful when i had questions, wish i lived in the area will definetly be opening an account soon. Don't think this location receives as much recognition as they deserve!

    I almost ALWAYS see this branch is closed and BOA appointment portal doesn't even allow to pick this branch to set one up, forces me to pick a different branch. I understand the current situation, but you can't keep the branch closed indefinitely without notifying the customers. I had been trying since last Fri (11/27). Long time BOA customer, never had this experience at any of the locations. Called BOA customer care and was told someone from the branch will call me within 24 hours to setup an appointment. So far I didn't receive any call. Don't know what's going on with this branch.

    The best service I've ever received at any Bank of America location ever. I've been having with back of America for the past 19 years. The Preston Rd and BeltLine is the worst.

    Not only did the ATM withdraw the money I requested from my account and I didn't receive, but the tellers never answer the phone to assist customers. I wish I could give BOA 0 stars, this place is horrible

    The same as other BoA location, there are not enough tellers to serve customers.

    Went in to get some cash bc my card was damaged and wasn’t working in the atm and also to get a new card. Sat down for about 10 mins and the banker told me I could replace my card on the app. While in line to get cash I got on the app to replace my card and find out I couldn’t replace my card on the app. They then tell me I have to wait another 30 mins just to talk to her again to get my card replaced. Unacceptable.
