Only Bank that I know where they Open at 10 am and close at 4 pm everyday. This COVID excuse to be Lazy than ever other Bank Branch is Ridiculous. Making people wait outside till they open usually 15-20 people. Someone is going get Robbed outside No security. WOWWWW!!!!!!

Service with Mrs.Stephnie was excellent but was there yesterday and had to return today because hand held machine to extract money from government card not working and always an ongoing problem at the bank on south victory and shepherd branch there needs to be more than one of these machines in branches so this want be happening

It’s Friday at 2:45 pm and this location is closed. Btw this is the 2nd Bank of America I’ve had to visit due to only have one teller available with a looooong line. We will be moving our business account. Ridiculous!

Miss Sheila was the best customer service bank rep I have ever encountered. Fast, courteous and made me feel my visit was important. I highly recommend this banking branch. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Issue resolved and I went about my business.

Smh Bank of America closed multiple banks on Saturday cause of covid-19. Not all transactions can be done online.

Waited in line to cash a check for 20 minutes when I got to the window the girl told me it’s $8 or I can make an account so I decided to make an account but then I was told by a boy that I need to make an appointment to make an account! I needed my check cashed today because I need to pay for a doctor visit! The line was long again so I just left. They need to get it together. This is after everywhere else declined my check and I came here because it’s a Bank of America check.

I made an appointment at noon to open a bank account. At 12:30 I was told by a staff member that the appointment before me is running late, and that at least I am still ahead of two people behind me??? What is the point of having to make an appointment if I still end up having to waste half an hour?

Today I was standing in line to get in, like everyone else, and I was instructed by the female security guard to wait outside (as I already had been) while she REPEATEDLY took people from the line BEHIND me and brought them inside. After several times of this, I noticed that there was one similarity....she and the ones she brought in ahead of me we're all the same race. Why is this acceptable to Bank of America?? Once inside, everyone was very friendly and helpful. If it hadn't been for the security guard... constantly on her phone....my visit would have been enjoyable and gotten 5 stars.

I was at this Bank of America cashing a check and it was lunch time. There was only one cashier. I waited in line over 20 minutes. I asked the guy at the front (Thomas) and he said 2 people called in. I understand that things happen, but what I suggest for the future is to communicate with the clients and let us know what's going on instead of us wondering. He was not very friendly. Stephanie the cashier was great. She was doing very well considering the pressure she was under. GO STEPHANIE!
