    I hate boa because of this branch alone.. never have I come here and their not be a line to the door. There is only one teller helping people and another doing some counting on the side for the 35min I've already been standing here. It's now 4:03 I got here 3:18 the bank is now closes 😞

    If i could give zero stars i would. Unfortunately we do business banking with them and every single time i come to this branch there is one teller working while you have two others standing there doing overnight deposits. I understand those need to be done but when there is a line to the door every single morning you should put those to the side and help us who are standing here. Makes absolutely no sense to have people standing here in line for 30 minutes. This place sucks. It’s now time to find another bank to do business with because this is not it!

    10 people in line- 1 banker assisting customers, 1 leaving for break, and the 3rd banker looking at paperwork. No consideration for peoples time terrible customer. Just awful.

    Not enough tellers. I came twice today to close my account and waited 20 minutes each time. The place was packed both times. The people of this neighborhood deserve better.

    Had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. Was there on time, someone came and told us there is no staff and we should try to come back after 1 p.m. Very unprofessional.. Didn't even get a phone call or e-mail of cancellation.

    Service is always slow. Tellers are wonderful they can only do so much. It boils down to the management of the bank. 12/23/15 the manager comes from the back greets everyone while one teller is helping a line of 10-15 people. She could of hopped behind the counter and helped the line.

    My second time in this branch with the last 30 days and it maybe my last. This branch as only 3 staffs on duty. All 3 is busy and the 3rx seems to be the branch manager which is send AWAY THE ELDERLY WOMAN THAT CAN BARELY WALK. Bare in mind the Mattapan brach is close down. There's also a Asia lady in line thT has to go to her Safety Box but may get denied access. The manager look at her watch around 2:45 with a on her face. I feel like since this COVID epidemic all big Corporations is taking advantage of their works, and the worker take it out on the Customers.

    Long line and slow. This bank has 7 teller widows but only 2 are working. Some stuff member are ending their shift and leaving when there are in serious need of help.

    I have never put a review on Google but i feel compelled to do so for this branch. The Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Plan on being there for at least an hour for anything other than atm.
