Long lines they closed the drive thru now you have to wait for the one teller that they have most times

Treat everyone like crap . The have no customer service skills . Dont call the 800 number they are just as rude and no help ! Waste of time !Do not ever use this bank for anything . Dont accept a check from anyone who banks with them either .

Expect a line out the door and only one person at the desk even though there are atleast 7 employees working. Terrible customer service there should not be a line out the door and one person attending to the line when so many people could help and clear the line quickly. Should not have to wait 20 minutes to cash a check.

Sitting in drive thru right now. Been sitting here for LITERALLY 24 MINUTES. Think they do this on purpose. Go. Somewhere. Else. Suntrust on cedar bluff has been really great. Has now been 28 minutes.

Bank of America is one of the worse. They left scammers to scam you,if you need help it is a miracle if someone comes to the phone. I spent 1hour and 30 minutes waiting to somebody to talk to me. I have to hang up. It is very frustrating.

They would not notarize a valid letter, even though they’ve notarized them in the past, because it didn’t have a “box” for the stamp. Totally ridiculous. This branch gets worse every year.
