    The manager Juan g. Is so unprofessional letting John speak to customers not only unprofessionally but degrading, I have been a Bank of America customer for years and I want to never go back to that bank because of how disrespectful and ignorant the staff is . I went in to cash out my income tax refund and they were saying very loudly that my tax refund was fraudulent and I couldn’t get my own money . Instead of explaining why John stood there repeatedly loudly that I have to pay everything back and can’t get my money because it’s fraudulent. There was over ten people in the bank staring at me. I had requested to speak with a manager and stepped out of the line. I called Bank of America and began to explain what happened they assured me the account was in good standing and my refund was not fraudulent. Then the manager Juan came out and said we will go ahead and take care of you. No apology no anything just walked away.

    I wish I had seen the bad reviews I went here for the first time to deposit money and the stupid atm stole my debit card. I’ve never had that happen to me. I’ve used atms many many times. The atm drive thru at this location is trash.

    This review was a long time coming. I've put it off long enough only because thinking about this bank puts me in the most sore of moods. I've come to this branch many times only because of work and I dread it every time. You walk in and there is always one teller at the counter and a long line. I've come and its been to the door. Meanwhile there is four or five personal bankers standing/sitting at the back talking to each other or doing nothing. I've been asked how I may be helped in line, my answer is short and simple hire more tellers so you can fill the empty three other teller spots you seem to have empty. The wait wouldn't be so bad if they were handing out money for my long wait but I can only dream.

    Despite the bad reviews I went to this bank anyway and I’m glad I did. Johnathan was very helpful and had great customer service. I was in and out fairly quickly even though I had a lot to work out. Thank you for your help today it was greatly appreciated.

    Waited 45 min in line with only two tellers on a Saturday. They need at least 2 more tellers on the weekend. And they no longer take cash deposits for rent only cashier's checks and money orders if you don't have an account there... ridiculous. At least show a good movie and serve snacks as I wait damn near an hour

    70% are actually the customers that take so long for their transaction with the tellers, something that can be done mobile banking. As I wait in line I watch and hear how it is so undecided on what they came there for the first place. Every second is so valuable to someone like myself that came in to do something quick and on to my day. People that take their sweet time and have the “They can wait” attitude are what holding everyone up in this branch. Like why? No one has your time, we have a life to live and have a productive day ahead. The 1 star is for the staff which seems like they just gave up & used to this. I wish they would be more proactive and accelerate the customers. Hire more staff here or have a more productive system.

    if i Had Less Than a star i will Give to Them. they take forever to deposit a check . all The workers slow . then i ask For i need a statement then the teller lady Said you can print out from library if you have mobile banking and all . what is that mean you Guys can't give me my statement then i insist i need it urgently . Then it will be 5$ and have to wait cuz they have an aapointment person coming. waited there were no one came untill next 5 minutes . and there were another lady was there she cant even help just sitiing there watching us . its Crazy worst ever bank experience. I had please Go.some where else.

    worst Bank of America ever. always packed with 5-10 people in each atm line and half the time the atm is out of cash. it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get cash... avoid this bank unless necessary.

    One teller during lunchtime?!? After spending close to 30 minutes waiting in line, I was told that B of A does not accept cash as a form of deposit unless you have an account. I am trying to deposit money into my landlords account with his permission. What kind of bank doesn't accept cash???? Worst bank experience I have ever had. I will never be back to this location. I would give ZERO stars if that were an option.

    I was highly disappointed with the Managers customer services, instead of coming up with a solution to my problem she simply walked away to help the next customer "how rude". I unfortunately had my wallet stolen, and needed access to my funds the only thing I could really provide the bank was a copy of my license. But she was just like "that won't work" and moved to the next customer, i was pissed. I went to another branch and they were able to work with me and provide me with some funds.
